JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa

Really enjoyed our time at JW last weekend for 2 nights. A few things to call out 1. Temple walk - Roshan is a great guide and we enjoyed our trek to the temple 2. Housekeeping - Shailendra was really prompt and service was quick 3. JW cafe - entire staff, cooks and food quality was awesome. Happy to serve attitude really left a good impression

The hotel ambience is osum the rooms are really coxy. The food is really delicious the staff are extremely helpful the chef go out of the way to fullfill the need chef Sainath goes out of the box and make sure all the guest are enjoying their breakfast thanks you see u he soon.....

What a beautiful place is it. Hotel is so nicely managed by staff. Each one of the staff ensures to greet with a smile "Namaste". I managed to have breakfast at cafe and realised it has a good variety of cuisine, its taste, and the presentation everything was beyond expectations. Don't forget to try their coffee in the lobby. Also, the property is the perfect place for Instagram *******. Applause to the staff for their hard work & dedication.

Wonderful experience. We were pampered by the whole team at Marriott Mussorie. Personal attention was the key factor for them. Food was awesome. Every aspect of our stay were looked after very well. We are a very senior citizen couple. We enjoyed a lot. All food were made as per our requirements. One must stay at Marriot Mussorie at least once to experience the serene surroundings and extraordinary stay.

We had the most wonderful experience staying here at the JW Marriott Walnut Grove. The purpose of our stay was to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The staff were extremely warm and accommodating. We were first greeted by Diwan, the lovely doorman. Nikhil helped us with our check in and informed us about all that was going on at the resort. He also acknowledged my Gold Elite status. Riya from guest relations was my point of contact and she was so lovely that she and Arshdeep helped set up our room for my mum’s birthday celebrations. My mum was quite delighted seeing the lovely decor, the balloons, and the cake (which looked absolutely unreal by the way). Shimul and Nishta from the F&B team were very helpful in setting up our meals. My dad also treated my mum to a Spa at the hotel itself and as per her, it was the best spa experience she’d had so far. So I’d also like to thank Asha and her team for accommodating us. Shailendra, Abhishek and Ketan from Housekeeping kept leaving us such lovely little surprises on our beds for the entirety of our stay and even did a turndown service which is always welcome. So, for the hotel management team, I’d say to keep up with this set of staff and one will never be disappointed. We had our meals mostly in the hotel too, and experienced the JW Cafe, the Trout Grill Bar and Lounge and Wisteria Deck. The food was delicious and the F&B staff were warm and courteous. All in all, the staff and the level of service here at the JW Marriott Walnut Grove made our experience and stay here great. I am a Gold Elite member at the Marriott Bonvoy so I always like to chose to stay at a Marriott property. And my experience here only makes me more confident of the fact that this is really the best chain in the world.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Mussoorie, and although I was anxious about losing my suitcase, the hotel's staff turned my distress into a remarkable experience. My bag, containing my laptop and valuable belongings, had accidentally mixed up with my group member's luggage. They had taken it to their room, unaware of the mix-up. The Rooms Division Manager, Mr. Keshav Chand, Concierge Head, Mr. Vivek Rawat, and intern Mr. Ronit Rawat, went above and beyond to help me retrieve my bag. Despite their early morning shift, they refused to leave until the issue was resolved. Their dedication and persistence paid off when they finally found my suitcase in my group member's room, due to the identical color. I'm deeply grateful for their exceptional service, empathy, and commitment to resolving my issue. Their actions embody the true spirit of hospitality, making JW Marriott Mussoorie stand out. I'll definitely return to this lovely property within the next couple of months, thanks to the outstanding staff. Kudos to Mr. Chand, Mr. Rawat, and Mr. Rawat - your efforts are genuinely appreciated!
