可以説這家就店是我此次新西蘭旅行最超出預期的酒店，雖然在奧克蘭住的是洲際，基督城住的是皇冠，但比起這家酒店感覺差了點，訂的是三房的套房，有一個超級大的陽台，面對瓦納卡湖，無敵湖景，廚房裡所有配套齊全，想的很周到，真心覺得好

酒店位置不錯，走過去拍牧羊人教堂很近，就是酒店規定超人數是加收的，我家娃9歲，每天加收30新西蘭幣，另外給了一張小床在裏面

酒店位置很好，附近有超市，餐廳，步行去好牧羊人教堂非常近，酒店非常乾淨，廚房設施非常齊全，下次我還會選擇這家酒店
The location of the hotel is very good. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is very close to The Church of the Good Shepherd on foot. The hotel is very clean and the kitchen facilities are very complete. I still choose this hotel next time.

我從來沒有點評過酒店，這是我住過體驗感最最差的酒店！！！這是一家歧視中國人的酒店，請大家一定注意！當天晚上大概8點才入住，第二天上午10點前一定要走人，這個我這沒説什麼，我們9點多就開始收拾東西退房，因為帶着一個2歲BB，東西比較多收拾時間久些，差不多10點左右就狂電話催馬上走人，準備拿行李下去時，突然BB拉粑粑，我們又給處理清洗耽誤了一下退房，酒店又狂打電話來催我們快走人，我們給酒店解釋BB突發問題處理耽誤了一下，結果無情冷漠的趕我們走，又直接到房間來趕，還偷拍我拿行李下去，後來説要拍遲退房的證據，我們最後是10點多陸續把行李拿下去退房了，結果態度惡狠的要求我們付款100元新西蘭幣！！！我感覺從來沒有過的恥辱，**卑鄙行為，攜程平台為了利益什麼垃圾酒店都放平台的嗎？？？
