I can tell this was the best hotel i have ever been ! It was very clean The staff were unbelievably friendly and professional, We had out wedding there and they took a super care of us , the gust manager Mrs, Arzu was like the most responsible and hard working person i have ever seen , she did things that i am sure was not a part of her duty , the hotel architecture was wonderful, the food were delicious. Definitely I would go back ! And strongly I recommend this hotel .

Everything was nice good service unfortunately we couldn’t see the balloons, but it was a nice experience 😊

Amazing hotel with the best swimming pool ever

Amazing hotel, really most likely the nicest place we will stay in Turkey. We had face and full body massage which was very nice and wow the property is so nice we stayed from check in to check out right there 🤩

Great location for hot air ballon

A real cave hotel with a very beautiful environment and good service. However, I would prefer a non-cave hotel. The light is very dark and a bit stuffy. Even a person like me feels that the room is a bit uninhabitable.

Well worth it, it's really great.

Beautiful hotel, service💯

Cappadocia Museum Hotel combines history and modernity to showcase the unique charm of Cappadocia. The hotel has an excellent location, attentive service, complete room facilities, and rich and varied breakfast. highly recommended!

The most exciting part is the process before arriving at the room. After all, it is my first time to stay in a cave hotel. The overall layout is more adapted to local conditions, so it is still easy to get lost, although it is not big. What's particularly amazing is the hotel's restaurant. All the dishes are amazing, especially the lamb chops and barbecue.

The service staff is very attentive, the public area is very beautiful, and the room is made of a real cave, but to be honest, it is not very comfortable to live in. First of all, it is not in Goreme, so there is nothing to visit here. Second, the room is very dark, and it is very dark during the day. It is dark. Thirdly, there is no socket for charging at the bedside. If you want to charge, you have to unplug the bedside lamp. Fourthly, because it is a real cave, the walls and ceiling are covered with dust. There is always dust falling from the ceiling on my sheets..., The fifth is that the house price is too expensive. I personally feel that the price of 4,500 per night is not worth it.

It's a very retro hotel with very good service, but the check-out time at noon is very unfriendly. We arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening and went to see the hot air balloon at 5 o'clock the next morning. We came back to continue resting and the hotel called after 11 o'clock. We called and asked to hand over the room to the hotel at 12:00. After negotiation, we were postponed to 12:45 at most. . . . . Very inhumane. Apart from this, other services are pretty good.
