The hotel helped us with quick check-in. They were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is several minutes on foot to the city center. But a quiet environment next to green forest and a nice view of Caucasus mountain range from a balcony makes it worth a stay. My room which is 36 square meters with a spacious balcony was extremely comfortable. The room was arranged with a good taste, Hotel service was excellent. Especially the receptionist Salome was always helpful, friendly and professional during my 4 nights stay in this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for a night while travelling through the wine region. We were upgraded to the 3rd floor suite. This suite has vaulted ceilings, a large sheltered balcony, loungers for looking out the big windows and a great bed. Super private, and very comfortable. Staff was friendly, food was good and everything was very clean. We were a bit sad to leave, and highly recommend this place.

Boutique type of hotel with very sophisticated interior decor and nice ambience located in the heart of Telavi. We have experienced Excellent customer service as the staff was super friendly✨✨✨ We enjoyed swimming pool and drinks big time

We've been traveling in the area and decided to stayed the night in Telavi. The hotel is excellent! With 24/7 reception. The room has everything you need; including central heating, and a very comfortable bed. TV has no too many English speaking channels Breakfast was rich and tasty, just great. Overall; warmly recommend.

We had a great stay (2 nights) here although a few things were surprising. Check-in was smooth with the general manager really striving to offer fantastic customer service. The property, whether it be the outside, the reception and dining areas or the rooms are cosy and well decorated. The room was on the small side with no mini-fridge or desk. The TV selection was great and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was okay although you could tell we were eating the leftovers from the previous day on our 2nd morning. However, breakfast at 9 am (!!!) was an inconvenience for us. We learned that this is common in Georgia but for Westerners like us who like to start early, this was quite an issue. Even though we were absent most of the day, our room was never serviced. Not really an issue but surprising. Only the general manager and guests were wearing masks in the hotel. We are vaccinated and not paranoid but we find it a little insulting to see a sign on the door insisting that guests wear a mask when the staff doesn't. To enter Georgia, you need to be vaccinated so tourists are not the source of the pandemic... Finally, I would suggest having a recycling bin in the room as well as refillable bottles of shampoo and soap in order to reduce the waste from those little plastic bottles.
