"I have visited this hotel first time but it was very good decision. First of all, hotel has very nice design, good interior and exterior, relaxing atmosphere Two pool indoor and outdoor is very comfortable, two saunas dry and stream one is included in the price and we enjoyed both of them so much. Massage therapy was also great, lady is very polite and professional, we also had Khinkali masterclass and we enjoyed the process. Room has very nice Mountain View’s, room’s coffee was also very nice. Breakfast is delicious and we had lots of variation of fresh fruit and vegetables. Overall it was good experience!!"

"Could not ask for a friendlier check in staff. Giorgi was the nicest and most accommodating manager ever. Room is adequate and bed is comfortable. Bath is clean and good sized. I prefer showers but it has the tub/shower style. Room was uncomfortably warm and only cooling available was to open a window. Lots of dining options in the hotel and nearby. Good location."

"Wonderful gem of a place. Food is perfect. The team is extremely helpful. The wine cellar has an old well as a table. Try the wine and the Chacha. The rooms are clean and well made. Would love to come back again for a relaxing laid back family trip in summer"

"This should have had a five star rating as the hotel is one of the best boutiques we've found in Georgia. Quirky decor, comfy beds, great bed linen, excellent shower, a very decent hairdryer, and warm and friendly reception staff. However, sadly, the restaurant staff lets it down. The main waitress was arrogant and unfriendly. She initially said she didn't have a table, even though it wasn't full. When we pushed, and said we were staying at the hotel, and pointed out two empty tables, she reluctantly agreed. Food was great, but she had an attitude. Such a shame as all other members of the hotel team were excellent and showed the usual warm Georgian hospitality that we've experienced throughout our two week tour."

"The hotel was clean and fresh, with a quite large rooms that had balcony and common terrace with breathtaking view. The kitchen is also available 7/24 with free tea and coffee. The staff are people with golden heart, very very kind and and they helped a lot with the transport. Their dog was such a playful cutie pie. Recommending this hotel to everyone wanting to a relaxed stay at an awesome place."

"I liked the hotel. It is located in a private house. The hosts are friendly and hospitable. They greeted us with homemade wine and fruit. And in the morning they fed us the breakfast we had missed. The room has a large comfortable bed, a wardrobe, towels, robes, shampoo and shower gel. There is also a large balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your rest and the view of the city."

"I spent an unforgettable week at Chateau Mere in November that charged me with energy and spirit to get ready for the long Winter nights and shortage of daylight. the place perfect for both relaxation, getting away from city, and have fund with friends and most amicable hosts, if you opt too. Chateau Mere fills you with hope that the world is not just for the privileged or and for you and your peers. I have many friends, but I am open and willing to meet new people. this is the place for that too - you meet interesting people from all walks of life, musicians, actors, chefs, families with kids and pets. and, yes, Chateau is genuinely friendly with pets too. And, the Spa , to make you comfortable with your image in the mirror, plus help you digest the delicious food and the wine. I started my mornings in the warm water of the indoor swimming pool - a real off-season treat. definitely going back to check out the pools outside. I myself am an OK cook, nevertheless, i really enjoyed, and learned a lot from a culinary masterclass the Chateau's chef offered to my British friend: make tidy knots on Khinkali, make Khahchauri's dough thin and tender, and dip a string of walnuts into the boiling grape juice for slender Churchkhelas - known as Georgian Sneakers. And, looking forward to my friend's daughter's wedding party at Chateau - I am invited!"
