The property was well kept and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Some work was needed inside the condo. A cabinet door fell off when we opened it. The wood floors seemed a little dirty. The bed was a little too soft for our liking. Bathroom was very small.
The free hotel shuttle was a huge convenience. We called for a ride anytime we needed one. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

I had such a positive experience staying at Mountain Lodge in Telluride for their closing ski weekend! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, with a full kitchen, the coziest fireplace and balcony overlooking the mountains. Ski in / Ski out doesn't get much better than this. Every morning, we grabbed our skis and walked 10 steps from the hotel to the mountain and when we were finished for the day, we'd ski right back to the front steps. The location is great. It's about a 6 minute walk to the heart of Mountain Village (there's also a free shuttle), with the gondola that takes you right into Telluride town. The staff was incredibly helpful, shoutout to Sam Barnes and concierge who helped us map out the mountain and get settled!

The front desk staff is unhelpful and rude. They do not explain everything. Shuttle service is spotty—taking up to 20 minutes wait for a short drive. Housekeeping was late afternoon. Room is dirty. This property is very overpriced for what you get. Bell staff is slow to respond.

I don't give anyone or anything 5 stars, but this place was Great. Beautiful all the way around. The only negative, we missed the opening of ski season by a week and most of Telluride was closed. But, Mountain Lodge was just AWESOME.

We just got back from a week vacation at Mountain Lodge Telluride and we were absolutely blown away. The convenience of ski in ski out was incredible as well as the endless views of the San Juan mountains and close location to the Village and Village market. After skiing all day soaking in the hot tubs was absolutely perfect. I can’t thank Michelle Noyes enough for helping us book this trip, which was without question the greatest trip our Family has ever been on, we will be back next year for sure.

Only thing we didnt like was there was no shuttle but it was off season . Also keeping the bar at least open woukd have helped.Front desk guys were very awesome. We will come back not during quiet season. But it was beautiful and peaceful.

This was overall a fine stay. Comfortable bed. Different office hours due to the shoulder season. However, the walls are paper thin. I was abruptly woken up at 3 am by my hotel neighbors who were partying. There wasn't anyone at a front desk to call. I would be cautious staying here if you are in town for work. Sounds like it would be a fun place to be if you are only visiting to have fun.
