I truly felt like royalty during my stay at the Madeline Hotel! The staff treated you like family from the Bellman Taylor, our helpful young ladies at the front desk: Giovanna, Marina & Kate. Loved our Madeline Travel water pouches to keep us hydrated at such high altitudes & our glass of welcome Champagne was a classy touch. The entire Hotel was pristine full of gorgeous art & warm/cozy areas to meet up with friends. No matter where you are in the Hotel has stunning views!!! Our Room was spotless, Homie, comfortable beds, enjoyed having coffee on our balcony in the morning. Loved the big shower with great pressure & also Giant Bath Tub... to treat yourself ,with endless ways to just RELAX!!! We also enjoyed watching the sun set from the pool & hot tubs on the roof top. We topped the night off with smores around the many different fire pits. We also want to Thank Bryan who played the Swedish Alphorn every night in the courtyard, to make us feel like we were in The Swiss Alps...(of America). Bryan also does an Outstanding Job of Managing this extraordinary Hotel. Thank you all for such a wonderful visit at the Madeline Hotel and we look forward to coming back again. We highly recommend staying at this 10/10 Hotel in Mountain Village.

The team made everything absolutely perfect for our daughter's wedding weekend, starting with the welcome for the bride and groom, the bridal lunch and the ongoing service throughout the weekend!

I’ve had the opportunity to stay at other auberge hotels both in the states and internationally. What always impresses me is the level of customer service you receive. The staff truly goes above and beyond In all aspects and the level of hospitality demonstrated by everyone from the valet, to front desk, to housekeeping, is exceptional. Dining experiences seem to vary but nonetheless a one of kind experience overall.

Our second experience at the Madeline in Mountain Village mirrored the first, impeccable service, the kindest staff, wonderful rooms and an ideal location. We also brought our dogs who they treated like absolute royalty. This is probably my favorite hotel in North America.

I love the Madeline! I have been visiting Telluride for over 33 years. This is the best place to stay! We have stayed here several times now. And enjoy the convenience of all the hotel offers at an elected level of service. And, this is in Telluride! We plan to be back again and again!

Service is impeccable. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. (Especially the deep bath tub.) Restaurant on-site is delicious and classy atmosphere!

Hotel dining options aren’t great but the hotel is conveniently located with ski-in, ski-out. Be sure to request a down-valley view and a room with blackout shades. The first room we had did not have blackout shades, which made it hard for our toddler to go to sleep at his bedtime (we were coming from the east coast and it was still light out).
