Service was great, a pleasant experience. Breakfast was delicious, and the air-conditioning worked great. This is a great location near a mall, movie theater, shopping, restaurants, Target, Walmart and Costco!

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and all of the staff we saw were friendly and helpful. The free hot breakfast was also very good. The only downside was that the room was pretty small and cramped, especially with the couch bed pulled out, but it was fine for a short stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great and the double hide-a-bed sofa allowed for plenty of space for everyone. My only complaint is that there weren't a lot of protein options available for breakfast.

This property was in a very convenient location so close to all the restaurants, to the chandler fashion mall, and the frws. Very nice city.

Great location and very friendly staff. The real let down of the property is the condition of the building. Our room had a damp musty smell (I looked in the AC unit and the coils were packed full of dirt), there were small bugs flying around the sink, there were water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and the tub even was rusty around the drain. In addition the AC didn’t work in the hall and the temp was 86 degrees. This could be a really nice place but it either needs a remodel or some serious maintenance. It is a shame because the people are wonderful, but the building is not up to a Marriott standard.
