每一位員工都非常熱情積極有禮貌！位置距和順古鎮很近，距市區也不遠。房間面積非常大，每個房間都有獨立的院子和泡池，停車方便。

入住非常滿意！很幽靜的小院子。晚上在院子裏泡温泉很愜意！管家小姐姐人美心善，熱情好客。第一次來騰沖的第一家入住酒店，由此對騰沖有了好印象。

房間一看就是浪漫滿屋，温馨明亮，收拾的很乾凈。温泉泡完身上滑滑的，也不用擔心走光，房間外圍的這個柵欄還是挺密實的。接待我們的是一位長相甜美的女生，雖然沒有問身份，但應該是酒店的負責人。第一天入住已經是傍晚，她要出去，看出我們想去和順古鎮，就主動提出讓我們搭車，此舉也是我給這家酒店的主要加分項。雖然客房服務與管理還有待加強，有些小問題私下溝通很快都得到解決，相信日後會成為更專業的酒店人。酒店唯一的硬傷就是隔音，好像兩個房間就是一牆之隔。沒想到前兩天夜晚的安寧被一家三口深夜入住打破，小孩子尖鋭的聲音貫徹黑夜，經過了酒店的協調倒是不叫嚷了改為敲鼓和鑿什麼東西的聲音，後來實在忍不了了，直接在小院裏和對方溝通才得以解決，前後一個半小時……真心希望帶小孩子出行的家庭管管自家孩子，不然哪個酒店或者民宿也經不起這麼大的叫嚷和奔跑聲音吧，大家都換位思考一下吧……！
