No complaints about this hotel. The checkin was. Super smooth even though I booked it only moments earlier. The staff were super friendly and welcoming.
The location is great. Very close to the main road but far away just enough for it to be quiet and relaxing.
The pool was large and very well kept. The rooms were very spacious and clean with excellent service.

First, the hotel is near the main square of the town, a block far from the Main Street, that leads you to the best attractions of the town. Is the way to climb the mountain “Tepozteco” and also lots of stores and restaurants. The personal in the hotel are very friendly. They provide only breakfast, which is better than other restaurants and with an amazing view to the mountains. The terrace is quite a good place to have some photos and relax. The hotel have a very good parking lot. But I must say that Tepoztlán is a very difficult town to drive, it have narrow streets and often you get stuck between them. The shower have nice pressure and bathroom with a balcony. I find the hotel a very good discovery.

Me pareció bien. Muy tranquilo, limpio, bien ubicado. Esacioa grandes en el hotel. Solamente considerar qie el colchon es muy duro. No dormí muy bien.

Tiene un lugar de restaurante magnífico con una gran vista y no lo utilizan, no sirven ni fruta o un simple café,muy desperdiciado, ni siquiera como un bar.
La alberca no esta climatizada y también se desperdicia muy bonita y nadie la utiliza.

El hotel muy limpio, la ropería nueva, el personal muy amable. La ubicación excelente a tan solo 30 metros de la Avenida turística. El desayuno muy rico. Amenidades excelentes. La alberca no está climatizada pero está muy limpia.

Un hotel con pésima relación precio/calidad. Únicamente queríamos la habitación para llegar a dormir por una boda y no funcionó. Las camas y almohadas son muy incómodas. La calidad de las sábanas, cobijas, papel de baño y artículos de baño es muy baja, nada que ver con los precios de las habitaciones. El restaurante solo tiene desayuno y muy limitado. Las cortinas no oscurecen el cuarto, por lo que despiertas desde temprano por la luz. Al llegar al cuarto olía fuertemente a cloro. Los sillones de la habitación sucios. El precio no corresponde con el nivel del hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada.
