"Antonio was an excellent host. Pleasant, and always smiling. The courtyard was very nice and well kept. The room is simple. No frills, but it was place to sleep comfortably. The shower was always hot (it took a minute) My room was clean, and serviced daily, and there was always bottled water in the room."

"Worst hotel” ever, staff the worst as well, the manger” dared to argue with clients, no towels, no A/C no blankets, full of mosquitoes, worst customer service and the worst experience I’ve had, this hotel” needs to shut down for good, coffee the worst as well not to mention you have to pay for it, please please do not book it !!!"

"I stayed at this location for Easter. It was absolutely horrific. The actual rooms do not match the pictures. The room was dirty, stained, and smelly. The room was full of ants and spiders. At 6AM, a water truck came to fill up the well and woke us up."

"This property is a gem in a wonderful location 1.5 hrs from center of Mexico City. We stayed two nights prior to travelling home and used uber ( a bad experience) and a taxi ( good experience) to take us to and from the hotel. It is a very welcoming hotel with wonderful staff and activities laid on such as yoga ( we did this with an excellent instructor, but didn’t get his name…sorry), cultural walks and bread making etc). The neighbouring town of Tepoztlan was a must see. A vibrant and colorful small city with many artisan shops. We loved the hotel a great place to relax following a busy holiday and just before flying home!"

"Excelente Place!! i’d go back again and again. The room we stayed in was okay, nothing super fancy, but the location was amazing and the view was breath taking. We arrived late, past midnight, and felt very safe. Our room was reasonably priced as well."
