En general es un buen lugar solo que no hay agua caliente y el desayuno que dice que incluye no lo es , solo te dejan café con galletas de la tienda junto con una pequeña fruta y se acaban muy rápido

Acepta mascotas sin embargo tienen a 2 perritos aquí que los tienen sin agua y bajo la lluvia, el señor que se queda en la noche golpeó a uno de los perritos, lo comenté con el encargado y en lugar de escuchar y tomar cartas en el asunto recibí una cara de molestia, honestamente me quedo con un muy mal sabor de boca. Y nuestra luz nunca prendió, pero eso no nos causó molestia. También tengo que comentar que la recepción fue buena, el lugar está excelente, es una lástima porque en verdad tuve una pésima experiencia.

Al llegar al lugar nos atendieron de mala gana, groseros y estaba sobre saturado, no nos querían respetar la reservación, sin embargo, nos pudieron dar una habitación en la cual el ventilador funcionaba a ratos, el mosquetero estaba roto y la puerta no cerraba bien y estaba rota; el agua de la alberca estaba verde.
Quisimos cambiar de habitación por las condiciones ya mencionadas pero el encargado se rehuso de mala manera.
Es un lugar donde no hay privacidad, todo se escucha y todo se ve.

El personal no muy amable, los tubos demasiado pequeños, muy incómodo, los baños sucios... pero lo peor es que tienen un perro amarrado con una cadena de máximo 1 metro, en una jaula que no han limpiado nunca.

Muy bien, creo que el hotel tiene muchas areas de oportunidad, como dar acceso a personas que proveen alimentos tal vez para un desayuno mas en forma.

Me encantó, creo que el único detalle es que las camas no son queen, es una cama individual acomodada de manera horizontal pero fuera de eso todo perfecto, es muy pequeña la habitación y no se puede hacer ruido pero el servicio excelente
