Todo bien, de repente el servicio cuarto se tardaban mucho o se les Perdía la orden y otras veces muy rápido, falta capacitación a algunos pero en general todo bien

Lo q no me gusto fue q me dieron una habitación retira argumentando q por ver contratado con ustedes era lo q habia q para la proxima vez contrate ahi mismo para q me expliquen el tema de las habitaciones pero me senti excluida en ese sentido ya q estaba retirada y solo fui con mi hija de 12 años

Our stay here was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, its location gives an incredible view of the mountains and the town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is fantastic. And finally, the staff is very professional, helpful and friendly!
