I just checked in. My room is beautiful. Like a boutique hotel. Minimalist. The floor tiles (azulejos) are large and create a base for the room. The color scheme is smart. The bath area is equally sophisticated. One thing is on the wall, a macrame piece, that makes me now appreciate macrame. It took a talented architect, probably in league with a good designer and excellent smart builders to create this. Also, I arrived way early, but no problem. Wonderful check-in experience. And a great huskie that appreciates a few pats. Glad I'm here to get to know Tepoztlan.

No había agua caliente y no lo solucionaron.
Tampoco sirvió el ventilador/foco.
Personal amable pero sólo necesitaba hospedaje para dormir y bañarme, y el baño fue muy incómodo.

Muy buen hotel, el precio está muy razonable y queda súper cerca de los lugares turísticos, no hay amenidades más que un rooftop agradable, el personal súper atento y amable, tiene estacionamiento y aceptan mascotas, está limpio, las camas son un poco incómodas
