Is in the best location of Tepoztlan, we left our car on the valet parking and we didn’t used it again until check out. It’s the perfect hotel to walk through all Tepoztlan.
The room, hotel and restaurant is really cozy and peaceful.
Great kitchen and service.
We love the view from the jacuzzi to the mountains.

Son las 4 am y no hemos podido dormir porque hay una bomba de agua que se prende y apaga constantemente, el agua del “jacuzzi” helada, la llave del lavabo del baño solo sale agua hirviendo?!?!. Mi pareja comió unos camarones en el restaurante y ha vomitado toda la noche; en el botiquín dolió tienen aspirinas, paracetamol y pronto bismol, nada para infecciones estomacales. Exijo me devuelvan mi dinero.
