Best Hotels in Ternate, Italy

All was very nice, it would be good to have a water cook in the room.

First of all, ignore all the reviews older than a year, because it’s pretty much a new hotel. This place should have much higher reviews. It’s a newly refurbished hotel in a great location, only 20-30 minute drive from all the lakes, and 15 minutes to Varese. It includes free parking for all guests. The style of the Hotel is a mix of retro and modern inspired by 50s American diner, with cool neon lights and beautifully tasty furniture with a contemporary feel. We stayed in a Standard Room, which was more than big enough for my wife and I. The bed was massive and comfortable. We were able to ask for two more pillows which they gave us without any hesitation. There is a huge TV, fast Wi-Fi and USB charging ports on either side of the bed. The bathroom is crisp, clean, modern and spacious. Amazing shower with rainfall shower head and handheld option. Sink, bidet and toilet. The usual. Breakfast is also included and is plentiful. Different options to choose from different hams and turkeybreast, cheeses, various sweet options like cookies and pastries. There is a coffee machine that is available 24/7 as well as a fridge with drinks and selection of chocolates and snacks, which works with an Honesty System where you must write down whatever you take. I cannot praise this hotel more that giving it five stars. I’m very picky when it comes to choosing hotels, especially since we stayed for seven nights. We will absolutely be back. Lastly, the best part of the stay were the staff. Every single one of the employees from the receptionists to the housekeeping girls were stupendous and lovely. They made our stay worthwhile. So thanks to all of them. This is an example of how every hotel in the world should be managed :-)

Set in a peaceful area close to a lovely little town called Sesto Calende. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking woodland. As it is out of the way, they also sell plated meals at reasonable prices which can be heated in their kitchen area, if you don’t want to head out. Lovely staff, will definitely return.

After a long time, finally an overnight stay in this beautiful hotel. Closed because of Covid, but now open again. Good: Friendly staff, very nicely furnished rooms (especially deluxe rooms and up). Great pillows, fast wifi, good lighting concept, nice terrace, big bathroom. Not so good: Breakfast room a bit cold in terms of a**osphere

Really a good place, with free shuttleservice to the airport even! The wifi is free, and works perfectly - and the familyroom we had was spacious and clean - nothing missing with cleaning every say. Great pool area. We enjoyed the breakfast very much! The dinner was buffet during our stay due to the storm, so we can’t really rate the dinner. But everything else was ok. One missing star is for the playground, which is kind of too tired and should be replaced? But other than that: we had two great days here as a family and will come back.

Breakfast is too good! The train station walks 300 meters. Opposite the lake can take a boat. Bathroom accessories are exquisite! Staff is very friendly and introduces many attractions! The lake room is great

It's a fairytale! It took me a lot to decide if to take the risk to travel or not. I'm glad I did take the risk! This is the first holiday when I don't check anything about the place I was going to stay, surrounding area not at all, just wanted to escape London for a bit. From far one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The hotel looks like a museum, incredibly amazing, surprises didn't chased to happen, they have a pool, tennis court, soccer court so many facilities, it's crazy. The room I've stayed, stunning,the view from the balcony took my breath away. It's quite, it's beautiful, it's perfect! Hotel stuff, they couldn't do any better than this, friendly, willing to assist whenever necessary, I felt like home! I've even got an early check in 🤗.Thank you Domenico, Monica, Andrea, Manpreet and everyone else!!! For anyone looking to escape the madness from a busy city like London let's say, this is the best place to be! P.S. make sure you bring mosquitoes spray, as I've mentioned I haven't done any inquiries before coming so, mosquitoes attack wasn't fun at all. I was looking forward to have dinner in the outdoors restaurant which ended up being a nightmare, but it was entirely my fault, the hotel is located on a hill, surrendered by trees obviously you'll have to deal with mosquitoes. My wife and I discovered this wonderful place after traveling everywhere in Europe for the last 40 years. As a travel writer I have confidently shared our discovery of this wonderful place with many friends and readers. From the moment you arrive you receive a warm greeted by the most professional and caring staff. Everyone is attentive and truly want to make your stay a good one. When we arrived mid day we went to the pool for a wonderful lunch. Near us was a table with an attractive family, of 3 generations and their family dog, They were the family who owns and manages the property , ”eating their own cooking” as we say, and enjoying the quiet loveliness of their own property. There are 3 choices of accommodations here, each wonderful and meeting special preferences. We stayed in the Palazzo and loved it, but the Castello/Castle and its garden and views are outstanding. The rooms in the beautifully renovated stables with large grass common area are very accommodating, especially for families with children. The whole property is a destination in itself with so many things to see. We had breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, all in totally different environments, and it all was superb. In closing, we all know that the staff makes all the difference wherever we stay. Again, the staff, and owners, could not be more welcoming, joyful and professional. Excellent position

Our choice of stay in Stresa for our anniversary proved to be a delightful three-star gem. The hotel graciously allowed us to check in early at 1 pm, setting a positive tone from the start. The staff also shared invaluable insights on local attractions and nearby towns to explore. Service at the hotel was attentive and accommodating. We were particularly impressed by the recently renovated breakfast room, which exceeded our expectations with its inviting ambiance and delicious morning offerings. Our room on the third floor provided us with lovely views of the lake, serving as a tranquil retreat throughout our stay. The cleanliness in both the room and the well-maintained bathroom were commendable. While the Wi-Fi signal was accessible throughout the hotel, we found it strongest on the ground floor and near the reception area. This minor inconvenience did not detract from our overall positive experience. One of the standout features of Hotel Boston is its ideal location. Just a short stroll from the enchanting lakefront, railway station, and embarcadero, we found ourselves perfectly positioned to explore the captivating surroundings at our own pace. All this left us with fond memories and a desire to return in the future.
