Hotel well located with restaurants around.. varied breakfast, helpful staff.. only downside the hygiene of the room hair hair smell of toilet on our arrival.

This hotel is simply the best in Tetouan. The ammenities and services are second to none and the staff is just amazing. I highly recommend Mr. Jamal at the front desk. He is very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He definitely knows the true meaning of customer service and he goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. Great job guys, keep up the great work!

First, the staff was amazing and very very friendly. If you needed help, they were extremely quick in responding. That was the best part of the stay. The bfast was ok tasting. As for the rest, the hotel and especially the rooms needs an upgrade. There wasn’t one piece of furniture in the room that wasn’t visibly distressed.

Très belle semaine au club med yasmina une très bonne ambiance toute la journée les crazy sont vraiment bien animé par là responsable animation monia elle nous a fait rire au jeux café quelle personnage je tien au remercie le dj daren qui nous fait danser toute la nuit merci aussi au chef du village qui gère très bien sont équipes je recommande ce club

Location of the hotel is very good unfortunately it has nothing to do with 4 stars I personally don't even give it 2. Very dirty rooms one night not comfortable I had to change the room at midnight because of the smell and the dirt of the room staff it shows that he is not satisfied so he does what he can, experience is also lacking. Architecture we need to redo the rooms to give more space to the bathroom very narrow the furniture in the rooms very very very old blocked drawers a small fridge bathroom and old mattresses not comfortable So in my opinion we need to review this hotel in all that overall Personally I won't come back anymore

Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits avec nos enfants . Un très bel Hôtel , super personnel . Un petit déjeuner royal . Le seul bémol c’est malheureusement pas de chambre familiale. Nous avons louer 2 chambres mais utilisés une seule car les enfants trop Petit . Je ne regrette pas cet hôtel nous reviendrons …
