"Liked: The look and feel of the hotel captures the Moroccan culture and looked great albeit dated and old and very tired. The rooms were nice to an extent and clean in terms of smell and no body hair etc. The location was great. Disliked: Everything! The rooms were in a very poor state of affair. Very few things worked, the advert suggests a lot which are all lies so please take the description as lies and believe very little. There are no toiletries, except a toy bar of hand soap. There are no shower gels, there is no coffee and tea making facilities as stated in the description. the toilet seats are broken in the two rooms I stayed in. I booked a room with a Mountain View but got a room with no view except four walls of the inside. The TV remote does not work, the shower does not provide hot water, the water splashes all over the bathroom floor, the floor of the bedroom is dusty so I would advise taking sandals or slippers. The wall plugs don't all work, the shower head cannot be mounted as the holder is broken, the built in wardrobes smell, Said the day manager is not the best and doesn't take any complaints seriously. The bed wasn't comfortable and none of the surfaces were clean at all. In fact, they were disgusting! I had to ask for bath towels and toilet rolls as there were none after checking in! Oh and it was impossible to sleep due to noise at night and very early morning. "

"Tetouan has a faint melancholy atmosphere on rainy days, but I like it very much. I booked a single room, but it was completely beyond my expectations. It was very clean and new, especially with a large terrace. The breakfast was also good. If you want to park, you need to call in advance to reserve a parking space at the hotel entrance."

"Good tourist class hotel. Large room with stone floor (more on that later). Large bed with good pillows. Room has fridge and a kettle. Good natural light and a small balcony. Internet easily accessible and fast. The bathroom is large and includes a bidet. The shower is over a bath, which would make accessibility a challenge for those with mobility issues. Three things let this hotel down. The stone floors were noisy. Footsteps, loud voices and furniture being moved from other rooms could be heard. The heater/cooling wasn’t very effective and the breakfast was disappointing. The hotel is next to a depot site that is a bit noisy when they start work in the morning."

"The service was excellent. Check-in was quick. The manager accompanied us to the room and asked about all our needs. We booked two rooms and were given adjacent ones. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly made eggs. There's a rooftop terrace with a beautiful night view. The location is excellent, and the value is great. The only problem was the description on the website: the rooms only have king beds, not twins."
