"I had booked this hotel in January after my marriage to chill out for a day. I informed the hotel that it is my honeymoon and they went out of their way to decorate our room with roses and red balloons and other beautiful accessories. Both my wife and I were pleasently surprised. We had to go back there as soon as possible. So we booked a room for the past couple of days. The Front office team is very polite and helpful, always greeted with a smile. The Ramadan buffet was also very nice, from Moroccan pastries to Italian pizzas. The buffet had several options, even some vegetarian options. A special thank you to Mr.Benchama the general manager of the hotel for also being so hospitable. Overall this hotel is definately not a 3 star hotel, the staff gives you a 5 star treatement. THANK YOU HOTEL PRESTIGE"

"Lovely riad with beautiful interior and stunning terrace, in a great location. Nice little breakfast is provided. Rooms could be great but they haven't really been designed and maintained well -- cold lights, occasional lack of comfort, bathrooms super rundown and more reminescent of low budget hostels - so it felt like it should've been a good 25-30% cheaper...value isn't the strongest point here. Team is very friendly but we didn't get to interact much or have any conversations so felt more impersonal in that sense. Probably would've been tricky had we needed tips etc."

"Really good value we paid £67 for a senior suite on the top floor lovely room spotless old world RIAD charm, lovely breakfast and puddings after dinner. The views from roof top are good we didn’t have the best weather but the courtyard was atmospheric. Great staff friendly and helpful."

"Although their hotel is not four or five stars, I personally feel that their facilities and services are better than those hotels. First of all, every member of their service staff is very enthusiastic and polite. The room was also very clean and tidy. Their service is also very user-friendly (note that the cribs they provide seem to be of good quality and clean). Their breakfast is also very rich and delicious. If I have the opportunity to come to Morocco next time, I will choose their home again. You might as well give it a try!"

"Good tourist class hotel. Large room with stone floor (more on that later). Large bed with good pillows. Room has fridge and a kettle. Good natural light and a small balcony. Internet easily accessible and fast. The bathroom is large and includes a bidet. The shower is over a bath, which would make accessibility a challenge for those with mobility issues. Three things let this hotel down. The stone floors were noisy. Footsteps, loud voices and furniture being moved from other rooms could be heard. The heater/cooling wasn’t very effective and the breakfast was disappointing. The hotel is next to a depot site that is a bit noisy when they start work in the morning."

"The friendliness of the entire staff was excellent, including reception, the doorman, and the housekeepers. I'm giving the service an average rating, referring only to the type of breakfast. On the Trip.com website, the hotel offers a buffet breakfast. It wasn't a buffet. It was a breakfast served on a tray. It had very good quality products, but it wasn't buffet-style at all. Which I really disliked. I'll consider staying here again, as I travel to Morocco quite often. The staff provided exquisite and very positive service."
