I had booked this hotel in January after my marriage to chill out for a day. I informed the hotel that it is my honeymoon and they went out of their way to decorate our room with roses and red balloons and other beautiful accessories. Both my wife and I were pleasently surprised. We had to go back there as soon as possible. So we booked a room for the past couple of days. The Front office team is very polite and helpful, always greeted with a smile. The Ramadan buffet was also very nice, from Moroccan pastries to Italian pizzas. The buffet had several options, even some vegetarian options. A special thank you to Mr.Benchama the general manager of the hotel for also being so hospitable. Overall this hotel is definately not a 3 star hotel, the staff gives you a 5 star treatement. THANK YOU HOTEL PRESTIGE

C’est la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel et à chaque fois en dehors des infrastructures,c’est l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel qui fait la différence. L’équipe de la réception Mounim et Mohamed ainsi qu’une demoiselle souriante merci

Very nice stay and nice hotel. Please do something about the floor surfaces in the showers, though. They are dangerously and unreasonably slippery. No mats provided.

L’hôtel est à 20-30 minutes à pied de la médina ( possibilité d’un beau stationnement sous terrain El Fenna si vous souhaitez vous rapprocher) et 20 minutes de M’Diq. La chambre est très confortable, éclairée, propre, tranquille et grande. Mini frigo et petit déjeuner sous forme « buffet » à partir de 7 heures. Bien situé, on retrouve des restos pas très loin et un carrefour.

Abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel poiché dovevamo fare una tappa intermedia. Hotel pulito e ben curato. Personale gentile. Essendo arrivati alla sera tardi decidiamo di ordinare la cena in camera; solo dopo 20 minuti ci viene consegnata ed era veramente buona. Colazione a partire dalle ore 7.30, non troppo abbondante ma non male.

A l entrée quasiment de Tetouan. Superbe hôtel tout neuf. Juste à côté d une pompe à essence. Vaste et bien décoré. Aux belles couleurs chaudes. Accueil très gentil “ à la marocaine “ avec thé à la menthe sucré. Très belles chambres. Propres spacieuses. Climatisées. Belle décoration sobre. Très bonne literie. Très agréables sanitaires. Douche super agréable. Possibilité de Hamam et bains turcs. Parking gardé. Wifi très instable. De temps à autres : bon puis d un seul coup très lent. Et se coupe totalement parfois. De même la TV satellite comportait 600 chaînes mais ne fonctionnait pas. Une intervention du gardien a permis le fonctionnement pendant 1 heure. Puis aucune chaîne disponible ensuite. Suis redescendu pour demander une intervention. « Quelqu’un va venir ». Mais nous n’avons jamais revu personne. Et aucune chaîne de TV n’a été possible. De même : Possibilité de dîner sur place. « A toute heure ». « Y compris pendant le ramadan ». Nous dit on a l’accueil. Mais évidemment le soir nous descendons à 19h30 : « Pas possible. pas avant 20h30 because « ramadan. ». Sommes donc descendus à 20h30 pour dîner. Commande prise. Plats amenés 1 h plus tard. Aucune boisson. Aucune olive amenée. Table restée vide. Pendant 1 h. A la carte : tajine d anchois mais “ y’a pas”. Couscous. (C est vendredi justement). Mais “y’a pas ». Jus d’ananas ou de dattes. « y’a pas non plus car “ La machine « a explosé » nous dit-on. Petit déjeuner possible à partir de 7h30. Prix très contenu. Car avons payé 45 € la nuit. Petit déjeuner compris. Mais certains services laissent franchement à désirer. ( télévision, repas du soir, choix de la carte, propreté de la table. Savon déjà entamé dans la douche, attente +++).
