Una auténtica maravilla este hotel, las visitas son impresionantes, tanto de día como de noche. El personal muy amable y atento, sobre todo el recepcionista Adrián Bueno, una persona encantadora, siempre tratando de que uno se sienta a gusto. Las instalaciones estupendas, todo muy limpio, las habitaciones muy acogedoras con muy buenas vistas. Bien equipada, tohallas, hebredones, aire acondicionado, secador de pelo. La cocina bien equipada, con variedad de vagilla, microondas, nevera, televisor en el salón y en la habitación. Frente al mismo hotel hay parking gratuito. Volvería a repetir sin dudas, le doy un 10 de 10.

Stayed here for a week with easyJet holidays. Stayed in an apartment with a lake view lovely and clean with a fridge, hob and microwave. There was no kettle (you can hire one at reception for €10 deposit) We were all inclusive, food was good and varied for the price. Limited choices for children who might eat chicken nuggets and that kind of thing, though there was chips everyday. Snack bar was lacking as it was just left overs from lunch, no access to ice-cream outside of meal times. Hotel is on bus route to tram ( stop is behind the hotel near the salt mines) however tram is having works don't until September 2024, making trips longer. There's also a tourist train that leaves from the front of the hotel hourly Hotel has some entertainment most nights, usually a singer, but in Spanish and some games ran by the entertainment team (in English and Spanish) Overall Calpe is quieter with little evening entertainment, if you are looking for evening shows you might be better with benidorm. I'd recommend this hotel to friends - definitely value for money on a budget

Muy buenas instalaciónes, gran variedad de comida en el bufé libre, buen trato hacia los clientes de todo el personal del hotel, por destacar algo, la atención del todo el personal de cafetería, por nombrar a alguna de las chicas : Encarni, Alexandra, Samanta y todas las demás, que no me acuerdo de sus nombres.

Hotel con buena relación calidad precio en Calpe, lo positivo es la situación, las vistas y buena atención. Lo negativo algo antiguo,desayuno flojo con zumos y café malos y también nos llegaba el olor de la cocina a la habitación. No está mal y se puede repetir, recomendable..

Overall this hotel is fabulous and in a good location close to the rock. The staff are friendly and speak good English. My husband and I are staying in an apartment which is spacious and comfortable. I feel so relaxed! The negatives are that the swimming pool is freezing and several people complained about that! The food needs to be clearer what it is as l had to ask twice as l am allergic to oranges and peaches. I was also disappointed there was no apple juice. The hot chocolate was delicious as the food was overall .

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spotless. The pool is freezing and an investment in heating the pool would be good. They switch off the hot drinks machines at lunch time and evening meal even thought you can walk in to the cafe and back a bit incovenant. The rolls never seemed fresh and the food could be better presented. A chef cooking eggs in the morning would be nice.

El personal es muy amable y las vistas desde nuestra habitación, una 12 planta eran muy bonitas. en la parte de atrás del Hotel existe una Salina con aves que no debe dejarse de ver.
