酒店位置非常好，離大型超市和海邊距離都不遠！酒店裝修比較簡約大方，住的人不多，整個酒店比較安靜。早餐種類比較少，住了兩晚吃的東西都差不多。房間比較乾淨，床品也很舒服！moraira這個地方很值得來住幾晚，特別愜意

Hotel tranquilo. Piscina y jardín bonitos y cuidados. Reformado pero con algunas cosas en mal estado como la puerta del baño descolgada y no cerraba. Restaurante caro con servicio pésimo, solo un camarero con cero experiencia y calidad muy justa

The hotel is lovely and quiet, with a beautiful pool, excellent restaurant, and competent personnel. In September, though, you can notice some repairs needing to be done, like the phone not working or the mirror being scratched. The uppermost floor also smells a bit of damp even runnning a de-humidifier provided. The spa is clean and well-maintained, with large windows to the garden. The 40-minute massage is really about 30 minutes, however. The masseuse met me in Reception at 1 pm, accompanied me down to the spa area, spoke about the zone for massage, left for me to undress and get on the table but at 1:39, she was out of the room and I was dressing. This has happened to me other places and I always find it annoying. Just tell me the total time is 40 minutes but don't try to make it seem like I am really getting what I thought I had paid for! The oil used was very nice-lavender and rosemary- and was generously applied.

Wir besuchten das Hotel zum Abendessen. Wir waren begeistert, guter Service und sehr leckeres Essen. Gruß aus der Küche, Vorspeisen und Hauptgang, alles super lecker. Wir waren überrascht da insgesamt wenig los war.. für uns ideal, da wir einen sehr schönen Abend, ohne Trubel, erlebten. Wir kommen wieder!

Llevo alojándome en este hotel varios años y , este verano, me ha decepcionado ver cómo está la piscina: hamacas llenas de toallas de la gente que se va y las deja reservadas ( algo prohibido pero nadie hace nada), gente jugando a las palas en la piscina venga el grito, gente bebiendo cubatas dentro del agua y a una persona le cayó todo el cubata dentro de la piscina ( lógicamente la gente ya no se bañó) O se pone una solución a este problema y se vigila más el recinto de la piscina o bajará mucho el nivel de este hotel

Hotel con encanto en Moraira, a pocos minutos andando de la cala Mondragó y a varios minutos en coche de la playa de la ampolla. Habitaciones estilo moderno, con vistas a la piscina ( la mayoría), restaurante con buena carta y buen servicio. Bastante recomendable. El único pero es el precio, para mi es sumamente elevado (256€/noche con desayuno).

I have stayed there three times, last April 2024. The reception staff is friendly. Varied breakfast, taken care by the always helpful and smiling blond lady. Rooms with balcony and view of the beautiful garden with pool. Small space if in couple with 2 large suitcases. Bathroom with generous shower, I recommend the property to check the technical installations (sink, drain, shower, tiling). Despite low season with only 9 rooms occupied, one morning the cleaning of our room was forgotten, it can happen. I appreciated the kind gesture of the offered bottle of Cava with fruit. A suggestion to all guests: even in broad daylight, inside the hotel's private property, before getting out of your car, look carefully around, there could be thieves, as happened to me, snatched a very precious object from my wrist. A violent act two metres away from the reception and the back-office. No video surveillance. Despite the Guardia civil and Emergency room report, since months waiting of the Propriety her concrete position.

Troisième séjour au serawa, et toujours aussi satisfait ( emplacement, confort, environnement) mais surtout la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l’ensemble du personnel À l’accueil Johanna , Hassan et luis Et petit déjeuner Carmen, vania, Diego et les merveilleux œufs au plat de rosa Merci à tous pour leurs sourires et leurs attentions cela contribue à notre envie de revenir une fois de plus ( désolé pour le reste du personnel dont nous ne connaissons pas le prénom, notamment service de chambre)

Spent a week here with a group of friends while attending a wedding in nearby Calpe. Our room was on the top floor, facing the pool. Lovely bathroom with fluffy towels and plenty if toiletries. Very comfortable beds and nice suze balcony. Breakfast is taken on terrace overlooking gardens, with lots of choice and chef on duty for your cooked breakfast requests. Reception staff and bar staff very friendly and helpful and drinks reasonably priced. Pool was kept clean and plenty of sunbeds although a few more parasols would be appreciated. Hotel is a good 40 minute walk into Moraira, which is the only reason I would not return here. There are restaurants nearby though.
