The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. The room was great except for the shower having absolutely no pressure. However, I went this morning to eat breakfast and sat for an hour waiting for my food. I asked another waitress about the status of my order and she asked my waitress about it. I saw them speaking and no one ever came back to me to let me know what was going on. I waited another 10 minutes then walked out. I’m a diabetic and I had wasted an hour waiting to eat breakfast. The least they could’ve done was come to my table and let me know what was going on and how much longer it would be but didn’t even do that. I won’t stay there again.

Marriot platinum elite road warrior but hadn’t stayed at a Courtyard lately. On way to East coast after long day of property mgmt in DFW. Decided to get some miles in before dark even though completely exhausted so stopped for night in Texarkana. Had a great, friendly check in experience: first room next to the elevator and ice machine a no go. Very accommodating front desk reassigned me to end of a hallway on high floor which is my preference. Clean rooms, well maintained. Quiet, wooded area close to a few restaurants & Sams. EZ on/off freeway. Excellent staff helped make it a good experience. Would recommend.

Stayed here this week while traveling for business. Late check-in was effortless. The room was absolutely quiet although only two rooms from the elevator. The hostesses were very friendly and eager to help. Received a text message after getting to the room telling me to contact them if there was anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy as well as anything else you can think of. Real glass dishes and silverware. The woman taking care of the area even cleared our table for us. Mark this one down.....if you are in the area, this is the place to stay. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely the best staff I've seen in years. I'd like to give a special shout out to Margarita, Laquessa, Teniqua and Aqualla. These ladies gave us special attention...and especially to our 7 year old granddaughter. The hotel is undergoing rennovations, but the staff MORE than made up for it! Please pass along my gratitude!
