We are very disappointed with the hotel. We were in this hotel 2 years ago when the hotel was in top condition and everything was excellent. That's why we came back after 2 years. But that was a mistake. We don't understand what happened. The rooms stink and everything in the rooms is damp. Even our clothes in the rooms were damp every day. We even changed rooms and the new room had the same problem.
After complaining several times, they put a fan in the room...
Unfortunately, we were only disappointed the second time and won't be coming back.

จองผ่าน trip สะดวกสุด เนื่องจากพยายามติดต่อตรงกับ โรงแรมแล้วตอบช้ามากๆ อ่านไม่ตอบ และพูดจาไม่ค่อยดี
และพนักงานไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้ม ไม่แนะนำใดๆ แม้กระทั่งอาหารเช้ากี่โมง ก็ไม่แจ้งเวลา
ที่เจอ มีพนักงานที่น่ารักเพียง 3 ท่าน คือพี่ รปภ พนักงานที่ห้องอาหารเช้า และพนักงานช่วยยกกระเป๋าค่ะ
ขอแก้วไวน์ มีค่าใช้จ่าย 100 บาท
ไม่ได้แขวนป้ายให้ทำห้อง แต่แม่บ้านก็เข้ามาทำความสะอาด ห้องเราไม่ได้เก็บของให้เรียบร้อยเลย แต่ไม่มีของหาย
แถมแม่บ้านเก็บแก้วไวน์ไปอีก พอโทรไปขอใหม่ บอกต้องเสียอีก 100 บาท ทั้งๆที่จ่ายไปแล้วแล้วแม่บ้านดันเก็บของเราไปโดยพลการอีก
ถ้าไม่ใช่เพราะสถานที่บรรยากาศดี คงไม่ไปอีกแน่ๆ ประทับใจแค่ สถานที่จริงๆ
สุดท้ายขอบคุณที่อัพเกรดห้องให้แบบงงๆ แบบไม่ได้แจ้งให้ทราบตั้งแต่เช็คอิน ไปเซอไพรซ์แทนตอนเดินถึงห้อง ว่าจองอันนี้มาหรอ🤣

I booked Eden for Similan and it didn't disappoint me. Comfortable and enjoyable. There are many restaurants and Thai massages near the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good.
