Property is well maintained and located in the heart of the city. Food is very good however the bf was not upto the mark. Amenities are okay. Service staff is very courteous. The only disappointing thing was absence of parking. Hotel doesn't even have the valet parking.

Ac was not working and room was not cleaned on day 1 of stay. Had to raise a complaint to get this fixed

The room floor was moist. Tv remote was not available and then the tv stopped working completely. They sent a wrong dessert order even after confirming four times. The room ac was not working and had to spend the full night without ac.

The hotel had a very neat and clean vibe overall. The room was really nice. The washroom was also well sanitised. The staff was prompt and very courteous. The breakfast was also excellent. Would definitely stay again.
