We visited this property after being there 20 years ago. Still a fab property. Staff exceptional. Place requires a lot of repairs and I am sure they are on to it. The only thing we were very upset was - about our drivers accommodation and food. A GRT run property DOES NOT provide food or not even a cup of tea. The accommodation provided had serious issues with mosquitos so our driver slept in the car. The location of the property was away from shops and other accommodation so to have a cup of coffee our driver had to drive a fair distance. I escalated this to the management mid way of our stay - of course the answer was we will do it sir - but absolutely nothing happened. We plan to be back again as we like the place. But if this is not improved we will reluctantly look for alternatives.

We had family function at conference hall followed by lunch..it was fantastic arrangements done by manager pari & team and they are very supportive. LUNCH and BREAKFAST very tasty and every one enjoyed the meal. Deluxe room was very wide and so comfortable to mange the function.

Stay -there are no complaints.A complete service with no flaws Anything extra needed was attended immediately Room side service ; Restroom Maintenance ; ambience were are all exemplary. Food - a compete menu , dosa corner well maintained -No crowding issues and waiting time

* One of the most popular and beautiful resort I have ever been to. * well epitome of luxury and heritage warm and courteous staff. * The quality is top notch when it comes to hospitality and management. * Excellent pool facilities are there. * Well safety, excellent rooms, good walkability, fantastic food and drinking items. * The hotel ambiance is very relaxing. * I recommend that u must visit thats impressing place,and the memories.

Always a pleasure coming here. This was a very special place and I have never been treated with such hospitality like that before. Kind, warm, welcoming and generous staff.
