Cold water wasn’t coming and bedspread and blankets or not good also monkeys are trying to come inside tru window switches are bad and fan can only run with 5 speed

Hotel stay was nice and pleasant except the tap has to be repaired and as usual there is problem with hot water geiser may be provided in every room or at least in every floor

It's outlook is good very poor house keeping no ac working, water, bedspread full of hair and strain.

The rooms looked good only in pictures. They had no swimming pool facility and the room is poorly maintained.

Location was excellent. Food was not tried. Amenities and services were ok. Needs improvement though. Water bottles were provided only for 1 day. The 2nd day morning we were refused with water bottles. For someone who has paid a couple of thousands of rupees 20 rupees was not considered.

No hot water in the room, had to get it from the hotel staff, broken cupboards, torn bed spreads, had to tell them everything to get corrected.
