The hotel was renovated some while back ago from what I understand by someone from France and they did a beautiful job, maybe in the past quite all work a lot of things do not work the bathroom, the shower, the bath, in the hotel, and there is almost never a person attending the front desk. There is a number to call as well on arrived i was not told when the breakfast will be served. The three star type of hotel in India always have the same issues and I will say it’s ***agement and consistency. The hotel has great potential. It’s located in a great location just next to the palace and with just a little bit of attention it can be incredible. I will recommend to stay there, but I just want people to know that the expectation should be in line with the three star hotel the problem is that ***y of those hotel charge quite a bit like boutique hotel in the west but do not get to the level of boutique hotel so if you charge ₹2000 and give this kind of service it’s OK but when you charge ₹a night please up your game and don’t think that the traveler doesn’t understand.
