The facilities are very old, the bathtub does not drain well and the shower is not fixed...
The lights are dark, but additional lights are not provided.
It's already cold in Hawaii because it's winter season, but only the air conditioner works and no heater is provided.
The gift is a tumbler that smells and drips with iron filings...
Amenity is also poor.
Next time I go to the Big Island, I will definitely book a different hotel.
However, the coffee and cocktails sold at the cafe in Lovire were delicious.

Easy check-in and check-out!
Excellent location! The sunset in front of the hotel is beautiful! Shopping is also convenient, so you can go for a walk and buy breakfast when you wake up in the morning! You can enter the pool until 11pm!
The jacuzzi by the pool is warm until about 9pm, so it's great to get a drink at the bar and relax in the jacuzzi!

We had the perfect vacation there! First class place to stay in a first class area of the island. Plan on extra costs for resort/spa fees, parking, and good WiFi, but if you’re planning a trip and money isn’t a big concern, we highly recommend this hotel!

This was our 4th time visiting this resort. We love the proximity to the beach, pools and restaurants . (Compared to Hilton next door which is huge) We are Marriott Vacation Club members but couldn’t get the room so booked the hotel side. Requested bigger room because of older kids. We got the Ohana room which was specious. After two nights, slowly we started feeling sick. We noticed that if we were outdoors we were fine but indoors was horrible. My son who likes AC, shut it off claiming it was making us sick. The last two days were miserable. We are back home but still very sick. Don’t know if there was black mold or some allergens. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. Never mentioned to the management as we were too sick to deal with it. Flight back was just as miserable. They need to deep clean the hotel.

The views are amazing..we’ve stayed here multiple times. Very walkable to the beach and shopping. Great pools.
We were not impressed with the restaurant. Food was awful and expensive. My husband got food poisoning on Christmas Eve. They don’t provide coffee cups in the rooms and sad they took away valet.

Excelente hotel em Big Island Hawaii. Area comercial a curta distância a pé (compras/refeições). Quartos modernos, limpos e espaçosos. Praia exclusiva do hotel, calma e limpa. Muitas tartarugas marinhas no mar e areia. Bom snorkeling.
