The room is clean and warm,
The facilities are complete, and the kitchen utensils are complete. The children especially like the grassy area on the balcony. The overall situation is very good. I will stay here next time.

Friendly staff. We were in building 16. Building needs a lot of work. The elevator wasn’t working properly and I got stuck in it twice with my daughters. My husband had to force it open for us. Staff and the front desk were aware of this problem but didn’t bother warning us prior. The front desk told me that they had same issues with the elevator in building 15 but building 16 had started doing that as well. Outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. At first I thought it was the coffee maker so I had housekeeping bring another but it was the outlets. The master bedroom was nice.

We really loved our 2 bedroom unit. The master was huge and we loved the large soaker tub. The unit was well equipped. We made dinner each night and loved that the barbecues were close.

It is a great location and we had a great view plenty of room for a lot of people in it grounds where kept up clean and staff was helpful for my questions and had nice pool to go in shuttle is nice to go shoping and to go to dinner

My wife and I loved the Kohala Suites by Hilton Grand Vacations at Waikoloa Beach Resorts on the Big Island. Our room was immaculate and we'll furnished; master bedroom with shower, tub and bathroom, 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds and another bathroom, and a living room with chaise loungers that were hard to resist napping. There was a dining room, full kitchen, and in room laundry. The amenities at the resort were excellent, multiple pools - some with slides for kids and some adult only - plus the fenced in lagoon with waterfall and plenty of fish and sea turltles. Our balcony overlooked the 9th green of the Lakes course, one of 3 in the golf complex. The restaurant at the course was great too. Everybody treated us very courteously, and service was fantastic. We will definitely visit again.

Quiet. Well-maintained grounds. Great customer service. The rooms need updating. Beds are not comfortable. Dated furnishings. Scratched and dinged cabinets. I expected more from an HGV property. The interiors of the rooms definitely need work. This place does not have the frenetic vibe that the mega HGV resort Ocean Towers has. Kohala Suites is more laid back. Appreciated that.

Overall nice place, quite clean. Close to the beach and the sun always shines, no rain in three weeks not like Kona. You can use all of the amenities of Hilton properties. Bedrooms are big beds are comfortable. Second bedroom has two queen beds with down pillows.. The lanai’s are nice and large and free WiFi.
