Beaches Turks and Caicos (BTC)

Birthday trip to Turks and treated ourselves to the butler service. We were very well taken care of by Manex and Anna-Kay. After the first day, they knew our likes and dislikes and kept us stocked on our favorite foods/drinks throughout the stay. They also brought us snacks and drinks to the beach! Both were incredibly kind and helpful the entire stay. Everything we asked for or needed help with, they took care of.. it made for a very relaxing and enjoyable time for us. Thank you Manex and Anna-Kay for taking care of us!

We just returned from a week at Beaches TC. We traveled between the end of spring break and the beginning of school vacations, so the resort was full but not overly so. There were lots of children, but never did we find ourselves overrun with the littles. As well, our LO enjoyed all the resort had to offer. This is truly a family resort made comfortable for all. We stayed in a 4 BR villa, Key West Village with butler service and private pool. This was 2 years in planning, and included 10 family members age ranges 3 to 75. It was a fabulous trip. The beach is the most beautiful and our family spent 2 days on the beach and 3 days poolside. Loved the Italian pool the most but all were very nice. Food was very good (not Michelin 5 star, but we had no complaints). We especially liked the breakfast buffet at Marios. The site is quite large and a couple of our family have some mobility issues. However, you can grab a golf cart at any lobby, or travel around the lobbies themselves on "De Bus". We were concerned about the airport as we heard many horror stories about this airport. We decided NOT to purchase the fast pass, and I'm glad we did not. We arrived 1 pm on a Saturday and were through customs in 15 minutes. We departed on the following Saturday around 2 pm and moved through checkin in about 30 minutes. The airport was crowded, but we found seats. Be aware that you deplane and board on the tarmack. So, be careful about carryon luggage if you don't want to lug it up airplane stairways. The weather was hot, hot, hot and the sun was brilliant. We were prepared with lots of sunscreen, rash guards, hats, floats for the water, and still a couple of sunburn spots emerged. We had one day of rain, all day, and next time I will bring a packable raincoat, but there were more than enough golf umbrellas in the villa. Staff were lovely. We had heard that they might not be, but we did not find that to be the case. Lots of helpful staff, many smiles. Everyone we greeted, smiled and spoke back. We rebooked our same accommodations for 2026 and I don't know how we will wait to vacation here again.

What a huge disappointment Beaches Turks & Caicos was for us! The only positives we observed during our stay was the beautiful ocean and the beautiful landscaped grounds. Check-in was so unorganized, I think we had 5 different people speak to us just to check-in. We stayed in the Key West Village, which was supposedly updated - the only update we saw was the tiny bathroom in the main living area. The mattresses are very firm - not comfortable at all. The bathroom door in the master suite had apparent water damage and the shower door left about an inch gap so you would need to put down 2 towels to prevent water all over the floor. Speaking of floors, most areas throughout the resort are extremely slippery when wet so be extra careful by the pools or if there is rain. Onto service, which is really lacking!!! Most employees we encountered were unfriendly! It took forever to be seated at most restaurants (even when there were many tables open/available) and then you’d have to wait a long time to be served or receive your food/drinks (when the restaurant was not even 1/2 full). The food was ok, at best. I think I only had 2 cups of hot coffee the entire trip (7 days) - most of the time it was just warm. I usually eat healthier on vacation but found it hard to do here. Buffets were usually cold and the food was blah. For table service we went to Kimonos (ok) , The Cricketers Club (tomato jam on the chicken sandwich is delicious), Arizona Southwest Cuisine (the t-bone steak was good), Neptunes, and Barefoot by the Sea - but we felt the quality and quantity of food they serve didn’t satisfy us so we were looking for something else to eat shortly after. We’re also used to resorts offering a snack bar by the main pool that is open all day serving up snack foods - chips, hamburgers, hotdogs, grilled chicken, and salads to grab a quick bite to eat but we didn’t find that here. They also don’t offer room service. All in all, I don’t think we’d ever return to this resort or island - we didn’t feel it was worth the high price tag we paid.

Words cannot express how amazing our trip was, we made so many family memories that will last a lifetime for everyone. I highly recommend having a butler room, I really feel they took the work out of vacation and we could truly relax! I also recommend signing into the Facebook Beaches Turks and Caicos groups, they were so helpful in planning and asking questions. My one regret was not rebooking on site with the excellent discount, it can be added to additional discounts such as their 7-7-7 deals, I also highly recommend watching the YouTube videos on tours before going, it helped us plan as well. Oh! Also be sure to download their app to get reward points. Everything was wonderful, the food amazing, the people so friendly and helpful, it was truly a dream come true!

We had a wonderful time at Beaches. We stayed in the Italian Village. The housekeeping did a great job. Sandra at the Island Routes tour desk helped us with our excursions. She was very kind, helpful and made us feel like family. We did the Undersea Explorer and saw many turtles, rays and beautiful fish.We also painted shells at the arts and crafts center with Barbara Lynn. She was very helpful, kind and made us feel like family. The grounds and the ocean are the most beautiful. We always found chairs, towels and food was fine. The Hollywood show was fantastic. Thank you to all the staff for making our vacation memorable.

Dangerous place. Horrible people. Nice beach’s. Frightening place!!!! Stay away. I felt like I was in danger the entire time we were at this hotel because the employees were extremely hostile towards us. We also stayed in a room that was tiny & in a corner of one of their hotels with no view although we paid for a view. Nothing in this tiny room worked. Any and all complaints fell on deaf ears. I still have nightmares of being trapped on this island. Top worst vacation and experience I’ve ever had.

We returned to Beaches T&C for 7 nights on 5/10. Mike McHugh from DreamMakers Vacation Services handled our booking and was quick to answer any questions we had. The weather was perfect all week with Sun and the most gorgeous beach/water. Grace Bay is paradise. Green flags 5 out of the 7 days for water sports. We stayed in an LV1 room 614 ground floor in the Caribbean village Parrot Cay Villas. Location was great for us. Loved the convenience of the ground floor walkout Debbie our housekeeper did an amazing job. We spent our time between the beautiful beach and Italian village pool mostly. The iguana and Arizona pools in the Caribbean village were too warm for our liking. We did the shipwreck snorkeling tour with a visit to the floating bar, noahs ark. We booked thru island routes on property but the tour is ran by Caicos Dream tours. I'm sure can save a few $$ by booking direct with them. The tour was great. Alot of fun. We enjoyed Le Petit Chateau and Sapodillas most for dinner. Pizza at Iguana pool and Arizonas, Neptunes for lunch were our favorites. This was our 10th visit to the property and some small hiccups this time around but were easily addressed with the Gina app. Special shout out to Bishop and Nico at Italian pool and Byron for serving up the excellent cocktails. Turtles and the pub were great stops for a cool area and drink before and after dinners. Enjoy.
