"We just checked out of The Palms today and want to share this positive review. The property is amazing. The location on Grace Bay Beach is really nice. We Admit that this is our first trip to Turks, but I was careful to read the reviews and felt like The Palms would be a good choice for our tastes. It was all that and more I’ve read a few reviews to say the property was dated, but we didn’t think so at all. It has an elegant Caribbean vibe. Lots of stone and marble used everywhere. Our junior sweet was perfect offering plenty of room to stretch out. The balcony overlooked a shady garden and honestly, we loved the reprive from the heat and sun having spent our whole day by the beach and pool We ate at the resort a few nights and thought the food was very good. The completely breakfast is fantastic. We will miss the hospitality of the Turks staff as they went out of their way to be sure you had all you needed We will return to The Palms for sure"

"Its a very nice, clean place - beach and views are as good as you would expect for any resort in the Caribbean. They have a very helpful staff and a nice outside cafe/restaurant. Really good Mexican restaurant just a couple minutes walk down the beach. Better gym facility than most places as well. One thing I would like is a hand vac to clean up the sand that gets in the room from your shoes, towels, etc. but that happens at any place on the beach."

"The Bungalows at WS on the Reef exceeded our expectations—absolutely fabulous from start to finish. We stayed in Unit 5204, which offered the perfect location with easy access to the bungalow pool just steps away. Each morning, chairs were thoughtfully set up with fresh towels, and we appreciated the inviting sitting area and convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before heading inside. The accommodations were spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. Our unit included a washer and dryer, a master bath, a full kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with TVs in both the bedroom and living space. The furnishings were stylish, and the king bed was especially comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. The front desk team was professional, attentive, and consistently ensured we were well taken care of. Special thanks to Nerlie, DaishCa, and Sindy at the coffee bar for their warmth and friendliness. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of Grace Bay Beach. We enjoyed a refreshing ocean breeze and spectacular scenery throughout our four-day stay. The water was crystal clear and incredibly refreshing. The pool area featured plenty of comfortable loungers with umbrellas, and we appreciated the relaxed, first-come, first-served approach without time restrictions. The beach & pool staff deserves recognition for their hard work setting up each day and maintaining the area so well. We also enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast at JoJo’s and had lunch there a couple of times—both experiences were excellent. Senslee and Julibearson stood out for their friendliness and great service. Finally, kudos to Mrs. Annette Mullings for assembling such a remarkable team. The level of hospitality at WS truly sets it apart. Keep up the outstanding work—we can’t wait to return!"

"Fantastic trip. The staff was amazing, from the minute we walked in and were greeted by Winston the bar was set high. The resort is small with a BIG feel. Lots to do and a great team supporting your visit. The team in the restaurant, pool and beach bar excelled every chance they had. Collin and AJ along with the full beach staff attended to every need. I’d be remiss if I didn’t comment on housekeeping, they kept us clean and ready to go every day."
