The resort was lovely - beautiful gardens, all freshly painted, lovely design, and immaculately kept. Beautiful views - from our Cinnamon Suite with huge windows to the sea and headland; and from the breakfast terrace across the gardens to the sea. Pool attractive with waterfall, and great at night lit with the flames .Often had the pool to ourselves and good depth to swim in. Lovely quiet beach and plenty of sunloungers. Good atmosphere at beach BBQ with live music and torches to light walk down. Enjoyed live music by pool too. Managers very friendly. Room very spacious and comfy. Would have liked a choice of chocolate pastry every morning rather than occasionally, a choice of juice at breakfast rather than just the daily special, cafe latte to be available at the beach and pool bars, and more choice on the lunchtime menu at the beach bar.

My stay at Mount Cinnamon was just amazing! The staff were super friendly, our 2-bedroom villa was spacious, clean and had all necessary amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet! I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Loved staying at Mount Cinnamon!! Yes it’s on a hill and ghetto views are incredible. They have a shuttle that will take you up and down. But the walk has beautiful landscaping and I enjoyed it every day. Loved the quaint Caribbean vibe this hotel/resort had. We included breakfast with our room and it was good every day. The beach was very nice with chairs and water sports for hotel guests. Lunch and drink at Savvy’s was excellent

Very friendly hotel, with a relaxed feel. Our room, one of the Hacienda Suites, was fantastically large, clean and fresh - with whitewashed walls and a four poster bed in the separate bedroom. There was a sofa-bed in the living-room, separated from the fully-equipped kitchen area by a breakfast bar. There was also a washing machine (very handy), two shower rooms (also handy!) and patio doors to a balcony - all spacious. Breakfast was very nice and relaxed, birds even came to join in and views over the trees and down to the sea were superb, we had half-board and the dinners were exceptional too. At the weekends they have dinner served down at the hotel beach cabana - which is a great atmosphere (music and a fire on the beach). There was a limited menu at the cabana, especially for my wife (who is vegetarian), but my son (age 9) liked the chicken and chips (which was fortunate as there wasn't much other choice for children at the cabana), whilst there is plenty of fish (catch of the day). Back up at the main hotel, there is a larger menu during the week, although still only one vegetarian main course option. Kids options include pizza and pasta, to go with the chicken/chips, meat options were good too. The hotel bar was quiet most nights, and once the relaxed dinners are over the hotel goes very quite - there is not much else to do, especially as the hotel is in a quiet area, so was good to have a nice room to return too. The hotel is slightly up the hill, but the walk down is lovely, past the lizards on rocks, and the beach is great, quiet and we never experienced any issues getting sunbeds with an uninterrupted view to the sea. You can walk to a local supermarket (handy for additional basic provisions), and the hotel were able to assist with getting money (there was a big queue at the nearest ATM). The hotel pool was fairly quite most days, so sometimes we were the only ones in there (which was nice), but with the fantastic beach nearby it was understandable as the sea was great. The hotel is not in a modern style, with lots of marble, etc., but that is also part of its charm - in keeping with the island style. We had a great, relaxing beach holiday and would recommend this hotel for that. If you want night-clubs, busy bars, bustling promenades, then you probably wouldn't be in Grenada anyway...

This is our second trip to Mt Cinammon. In simple terms, we love it. The resort isn’t too big, but the gardens and grounds are generous and perfect for the children to explore and enjoy. We choose here because it isn’t pretentious in any way yet staff are friendly and tentative. Facilities include a spa with fabulous massage by Faith. There is a tennis court, shuffleboard, table tennis, croquet, volleyball… Whilst some things need updating (I know there are plans to do so), it’s a lovely place for families to enjoy. Its location is great to explore Grenada too plus some great bars/restaurants plus supermarket within walking distance. The bonfire night now at the Cabana is a particular favourite. Now to convince the husband to return once more…

What can I say about my stay at Mt. Cinnamon? I enjoyed it immensely! -The staff was warm and friendly and they gave plenty of advice on activities to do while on island. - The rooms were nice & cozy and we were greeted each evening by a cookie on the bed. (A nice touch on vacation if you ask me lol) - I had plenty of time to relax at their Beach Cabana before heading to my lounge chair. - My favorite dish from their restaurants was definitely the steak and it was topped off by live music at dinner on the weekends by the Bon Fire. It was my first trip of a few planned for the year so I’d say I’m off to a good start. Jeff

The Mount Cinnamon Beach Resort is a wonderful place in Grenada. It is located on Grand Anse Beach which is the prettiest beach on the island. The rooms are large, beautiful, and very comfortable. The hill it is on was a little daunting at first but soon became just part of the experience and the reward was the spectacular view! The hotel has a shuttle to take you to what I referred to as the "tippy-top" and the staff who operated the shuttle were wonderful. In fact, every single staff person we encountered was friendly, always smiling, helpful, accomodating, and gracious. The food at both restaurants was delicious. We especially loved the breakfast buffet.

Pros: beautiful large, clean villa with daily housekeeping. Villa on 2 floors with a full kitchen, living room, very large bedroom with comfortable bed and pillow. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit that we didn’t know about so we overpacked. NO room darkening shades in the bedroom, however so bring a sleep mask. There is a shuttle to take you up to your villa/suite or beach club if the hill is too much. Food at Savvy’s was good, but menu is small and service is slow especially at breakfast. Breakfast was the same everyday, but again if you order an omelet expect to wait and wait unless it’s near closing after 10am. Another plus was all the shade trees at the beach- we never needed sunscreen because we were completely in the shade. There is also sunny areas if you wanted to tan but we loved the shade and cool breeze. Shout out to Garrett, Karina and Cecille. Shuttle driver was also nice, Cons- service is very slow at Savvy’s and the beach club was worse. Beach BBQ on Fri, Sat and Sun was awful. Small menu, cold food, service horrible. Bonfire smoke and embers blowing on singer, DJ and anyone sitting near the beach. I would never do it again. Very small pool in the lobby area. Ok for little kids. We ate off property for 2 dinners out of 4.

A truly lovely experience. The hotel is well placed and service was on the whole excellent - there was a slight wait sometimes but we were on holiday so not in a rush. The beach bar and beach fabulous - clean and peaceful - plenty of loungers etc. Our room was lovely and the grounds wonderful.
