The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

It was my first time in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is so tasty that it made me feel I am having homely food. The pool side and sky lawns are so amazing and beautiful. The hotel is located in such a place that it gives so peaceful view. A very special thanks to Mr. Rajendra from Housekeeping department for your hard work and pleasant service. Even though we stayed here just for one night in March 2023, yet we are carrying wonderful memories of stay and the culinary experience @ this little gem of Hilton chain. I asked for a veg burger for in-room dining to Lijo. Even on phone this guy was very polite, alert and energetic. The burger was really out of this world. Please try this Curried veg burger if you are here. Chef Rajneesh created this burger and he deserves my compliments. For dinner we were well served by a very polite and young *** Jayakarthick. The restaurant ***ager Vignesh was taking rounds of tables and it was very nice of him to ask about our food experience. We had ordered Meen Mulkittathu ( fish curry ) with Appam. It was high spicy to our taste and we rate it as one of the best. It was made by chef Sanal who deserves our compliments. We ordered Elaneer Payasam as dessert which was also top class. I would also like to thank Chef ***n to carefully note our precise instructions on the food. Mr Sarvanan was also very attentive and took good care of us. We were looked after so well by these gentlemen that it made our evening unforgettable. Thank you Hilton for suo-moto giving 10 per cent discount as Hilton Honors member.

You can feel the essence of Kerala. Great hospitality. Clean rooms. Well equipped gym. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nearby beaches and temples. You can have yummy South Indian cousins with other North Indian cousins options and a lot of sweets to relish.

We booked this hotel for three nights and its one of the best hotel I stayed recently . Rooms are luxurious with all quality toiletries . The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.

South Park is conveniently located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Secretariat and not far from the Sree Pad***abhaswamy Temple. We were allowed to check in more than 2 hours before the standard time, which was appreciative. Very good sized rooms, comfortable beds ***** with a clean bathroom. We were allotted a room on the 4th floor. Some of the furniture may appear old-styled though that is not a concern. The AC functioning was a bit of an issue which made the room very cold though the weather outside was quite the opposite. Considering the kind of place, the food especially the breakfast, though not bad, could have been better. May not be a bad idea to stay here and try other better food options in the city, which are not too far. The hotel staff was co-operative and prompt in attending to regular requirements. A good stay option to consider when travelling to Thiruvananthapuram.

The hotel is old and some facilities are aging, but the pattern is definitely one of the best hotels in the past. The layout of the garden-style hotel is definitely high in the city center. It is more than one grade higher than the only Hilton Hotel in Kerala. The room is spacious, there is a foyer in the English layout, and the big bed room is made. The feeling of the suite. Check-out can be extended until 8 o'clock in the evening, which may be related to the off-season. The service is absolutely convincing, and the dining is also delicious, comparing the authentic Indian cuisine.

My experience at Biheira Hotel and Suites in Trivandrum was far from satisfactory. The check-out process was incredibly lethargic, and the food ***ager's service was subpar, going as far as forcing another customer to pay for his mistakes. Astonishingly, while they didn't charge one client during checkout, my bill was unfairly altered. The unpleasantness escalated as the restaurant ***ager exhibited rude behavior, scolding and threatening me for not knowing Malayali. To make matters worse, he intentionally changed the room number in the bill, and shockingly, the hotel ***ager witnessed and accepted it. The climax involved the hotel ***ager pressuring the receptionist girl to deduct an amount from her account, ultimately leaving me in a situation where I had no choice but to pay. Overall, an utterly disappointing stay marked by poor service, unfair practices, and unpleasant encounters.

We had recently booked a 3 days and 3 nights stay at The residency towers Trivandrum. This was the second time we had booked at the residency towers, the first time was 5yrs back. The hotel is very cleanly maintained and the food is very good. Above all the staff is very helpful. During our stay, we had an unfortunate accident where my elderly mother fell from the bed and hit her head on the side table. The cut was deep and it was bleeding profusely. We called the reception for help and the ***ager (Mr. Vishnu) came promptly to our room with a first aid kit. He with the help of one of his colleagues suggested a good hospital nearby and we took our mother there. The ***ager was with us the entire time at the hospital and paid all the bills (which we reimbursed later that day ) and got all the prescribed medicines. He was with us until we got back to our room. It was impressive to see how quickly they acted, thought of a hospital with a CT scan facility (since it was a head injury) and took full control of the situation when we were all worried and caring for my mother. Even though it was our last night there, the ***ager was so kind and caring enough to give us an extra rollaway bed so that my mother could get some extra space and sleep peacefully without having to worry about slipping out of the bed again. These kind of services especially at a hard time truly says a lot about how much they care for their customers. We, the whole family, are truly thankful to the staff of The Residency towers, especially Mr. Vishnu. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in Trivandrum.
