"It was a wonderful experience at Keys Thiruvananthapuram when we visited for a family get together on 9/10.9.26. The stay was really comfortable and the function on 10th was ever memorable by the way you created the ambience, staff support etc. The banquet was excellent from choice of dish, presentation, hospitality of all the staff and management. Special mention to F&B manager and the GM for the whole hearted support for which each member of the family is indebted to to you for giving an everlasting memory. Thank You all once again❤️"

"Positives: The room is good size and has many lights and therefore bright. Negatives: Not a four star rate hotel. The hotel is very old and smells. Upon check in we found hot water not working during that day, toilet shower water leaking through glass panel to dry WC area everytime we shower, toilet seat cover not fixed to seat and shaking, no fridge in room - we need it for insulin pen and we cannot buy fruits and dessert to put in fridge. Worst still the toilet reeks of sewer and we can smell it in the room and the room also smell of camphor something is being burned. We asked hotel to change room and they won’t do it. We were asked to pay up on day one and then on day 2, reception said it was wrong amount and we have to pay more. On last day, we had late check out withheld day rate which we arrangedduring checkin - but we were reminded to check out at noon time- from the same reception guy who give us the clearance for late checkout and he has no recollectionat all and we had to explain to him and he was blank and collected more than half the full day rate amount. Unfortunately a very poor experience overall."

"We are so glad we stayed here. It was like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the beach resort. You can take a short Tuktuk ride to the shopping. The food was excellent. The service was spectacular. Be sure to take some Ayurvedic treatments. The effects have lasted for several weeks after my return. Pushpa, one of the therapists, is amazing. Dr Gowtham recommended massage and treatment appropriate for my needs. Be sure to allow time to relax and enjoy the tropical atmosphere. There are nice walking paths all around the area and ***** the sea. I left India feeling refreshed, renewed and in touch, thanks to this special Ayurvedic resort."

U will call room service reception will pick up call and keep on transferring then also room service will noy pick up call..U order food they will call multiple times to confirm and change order that this is not available.. Third class maintainance in hotel.. They will send food uncovered from restaurant to rooms which are far.. Food quality is poor they will serve cold parathas.. So think twice before booking.. Don't go by photos and location.. I wasted my 2 days here"
