I recently stayed at Ginger for business visits and had a grear experience overall. The check in process was always smooth and efficient with helpful and friendly staff. I have stayed in Ginger Trivandrum hotel for ***y times in last 3 months even during the flood time. The staffs are so friendly and and wonderful service. The quality of food they serve is also so good. I must say during the flood time Mr. Abhilash provided the best service support and arranged a stay near by with good facilities in one hour time from my request. The best hotel where u can spend some good quality time

Stay was super there we really enjoyed the stay and ms. Roshni from reception was very helpful kind lady next time we will come to ginger hotel only we like the food in breakfast and also housekeeping staff was very good rooms was clean

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit tvm or needed a short stay for office / business trips. The rooms were clean , great choice of breakfast and other foods , and above all the staffs were really helpful and well organized . I was totally happy in staying there.

Warm welcome and smiley faces in the front office. Such a wonderful experience as we stayed for four days they kept our room near and clean. My twin kids enjoyed a lot in the garden and front office area. Compliment breakfast was good and timely help from room staffs. Over all great Team and value for money. Decided to stay the same hotel during next visit at Kazhakuttom.

It is adequately good. It is definitely value for money for that location. The food could have more vegan choices. The noise from the nearby highway is a big disturbance while sleeping. Service is good. It is close to Technopark - walking distance.

Yeaas nice rooms and best housekeeping nice people as well only thing is food cost little expensive Receptionist all are very best nice response to the costumer's and no headheac moments at all all time they did best especially Anaswara and Vipin and 3 more people Thanks GINGER Regards Infant Ben

The service was extremely amazing. Special appreciation to the front desk staff for their kind and pleasant welcome and for making the customer delightful.
