The property is closed during the night, and guests may have to wait for up to an hour to reach the reception. Unfortunately, there was no response when attempting to contact the staff by phone. Additionally, the rooms have not been cleaned, there are no bed sheets provided, and no packaged drinking water is available. Non co-operative stffs

The manager was very rude when we asked if there was ac and started arguing, there is no way to call the property as i lost my watch there and cant recover it, we did not use the stay due to this behaviour and we dis not get any refund

washroom was very dirty, floor of wash was like spitting of paan. bucket was very dirty. lizard 🦎was in the washroom. I will not suggest you to take this.

I had booked non ac room with the hotal and and i found a comfortable stay. As i am a north indian guy but the staff was on reception coordinate with me in english and make me comfortable. I would say if once should booked this hotel for comfortable stay
