Great experience! Staff was kind and friendly. May be the rooms could all be modernised from inside as the old tiles give a bit of a dull outlook. Lighting inside the rooms needs to be brightened too. Some rooms we booked didn’t have proper Air-con controls.

Really loved this property, jus on the shoreline with a beautiful beach, jus 5 mins walk.
Pools are really amazing with infinity pools.
Loved the food in both the in house restaurants but bit pricy.
Room is super beautiful with views and all the amenities.
Overall good experience!!

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

We had booked the Royal club suite room ***** with the half board meal package. The experience was true to its word Royal. The room, the view from the room into the infinite Arabian Sea, the infinity pool which was very well maintained keeping the standards of Leela group high. We had an ever smiling Buttler Ms.Lithika who went the extra step to cater to all our requirements. Giving her an impeccable performance rating. At the Cafe we were taken care by Mr.Sameer who did a very well job too. The Chef Sajal at the main restaurant made sure the food matches our taste buds. Thank you Leela kovalam team for the lovely stay.

We had a family stay at Leela, and the experience there was beyond our expectations. The property is well-maintained, with a picturesque landscape and a serene view of the sea. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The Tides restaurant is remarkably good, with its Pan-Asian cuisine, especially the seafood. From check-in, we met some friendly staff, namely Naseem and Neethu, who helped us throughout the stay, making it more delightful. Overall, the staff's behavior is truly commendable.

The stay, food and service was extraordinary. The view is to die for. Strongly recommend it for a calm getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff goes out of its way to make you comfortable. Special mention to Neethu & Naseem from the reservation desk and Naman and Samantha on call for making it smooth and hassle-free for us. Thank you and will visit again for sure.

Authentic place goes notch further and higher in hospitality. I need to mention Ms Kritana who helped us as guest relationships executive with choicest rooms (villas) and services enablement. Also my daughters cell phone was left behind when we landed in Mumbai. It's in safe custody of Jobi and shall retrive at nearest future possibility. This is class service. Need to extend another warmest regards to Manju and Rohit who were helping my parents with right spread at the breakfast
