Great experience! Staff was kind and friendly. May be the rooms could all be modernised from inside as the old tiles give a bit of a dull outlook. Lighting inside the rooms needs to be brightened too. Some rooms we booked didn’t have proper Air-con controls.

Really loved this property, jus on the shoreline with a beautiful beach, jus 5 mins walk.
Pools are really amazing with infinity pools.
Loved the food in both the in house restaurants but bit pricy.
Room is super beautiful with views and all the amenities.
Overall good experience!!

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

From checking welcome to checkout experience satisfactory all the staff were very helpful food is excellent housekeeping is very efficient in housekeeping person name subojit was very eff6and helpful all in all 10 out of 10 hotel beach is very nice and quiet I have enjoyed my stay and definitely will go back

Great stay! The staff is great. The resturants in the resort are different and with good chefs. The guest relations led by Jobi is great. Pascal is a great chef bringing innovative food in Tides resturant. It was also very good for our 3 years old child. The staff took care of him during our stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Leela Kovalam for 2 weeks starting Feb 12 2024. We had signed up for the Ayurvedic program at the Favourite Kerala Ayurvedic and Spa located on site for the 2 weeks. We were very pleased with the hospitality and trea**ents at the spa starting with Dr Sarath who was very professional and monitored our progress daily. He made a number of changes to the food menu as we were not happy initially and made sure our needs were met. The therapists at the spa were also very professional and friendly and made it a very positive experience. We also enjoyed the daily yoga sessions and service at the spa. This was our 2nd visit to the spa and we enjoyed it very much and are planning to return next year for the same trea**ents.

The team at the Leela have all been exceptional. We were looked after by Rahul and Sunil (Housekeeping) in the clubhouse. They both were very attentive. The dinner hosted on the 8th May was very well done. My family and friends all had a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay best time we spend with my family Just a suggestion food was not to the expectations we expected more option during breakfast We had lovely time with all staff specially during the time of checking mr jobi really done great job Kertana was so kind and smiling and helped me and mu family during hi tea specially helped us to go to kids play area wonderful experience We come soon
