A nice place to stay at in Trivandrum. Luxurious room and clean property. You can access the beach through a ride on a traditional boat - this is a unique feature of the hotel. Best massage services in the adjacent property. Nice view of the ocean from the premium sea view rooms.

Nice Hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights. Enjoyed the stay. full of greenery. free spaces. Swimming pool. Boat ride to reach the nearby sea beach. which is just like private beach. Staff are very cooperative. Again I want to visit that with family.

Stayed with family for day.. Excellent location... Rooms are classic and well maintained... Mouthwatering delicious sea food..situated at a point where sea and river meets.. Surely visit again in near future.. 👍👍👍👍👍

We enjoyed our small room with a beach view across the lagoon for a one night stay for the wedding of our son and daughter-in-law. The hotel did a great job of hosting the upstairs rehe****l dinner and wedding with a meal. Enjoyed the little pool to cool off in the evening. We were there during off-season, so hardly anyone else there.

Very Very Very Bad experience. We have lost 45k, i will not recommend bachelors and family to get there and waste money. Rooms are very conjested and it is absolutely not worthy. Our dinner was started at 8pm but our desert served at 9.45pm. We had an argue about this. and we rejected there deserts. ***ager(*** o) was very rude and food is also shortage at the moment. When we ask about food, ***ager saying "Food is preparing" We have booked this resort 2 weeks back still preparing food. They are not cooperating for any thing. Everything is clear in CCTV footage if it is working. ***ager, This *** will agree anything before booking and once advance payment done at the time we staying they act like gud__s They are not welcoming tourist to our state, because of these people, foreigners will step back to our country. Really such inhospitable place to stay. I know they will come and comment under my comment like harassing, arguments etc. due to our food shortage. and regards Team Lagoona Everything is clear in CCTV footage if it is working.

I am writing this review because of un professional staff behavior and hotel conditions they will not work for customer satisfaction , no hot water found in the rooms , no cleaning of this hotel , to see this hotel out side is beauty and not inside

I only stayed a few days at this resort but I wish it was a longer stay! The view from the hotel is so serene as you can see the sea and the backwater and immediately makes you feel relaxed and stress free. The staff are welcoming and I could not fault their hospitality, rooms are clean and the food was delicious.

Place is good with outdoor ambience but below average service and quality , such bad quality food and bad attitude staff and even ***agement. Will never ever go again. Save your money. ***agement is rude to its customers and
