The staff were lovely. The internet / WiFi really let them down. It wasn’t secure site, it kept dropping out and apps wouldn’t load.

The hotel was located in a prime location but was calm throughout our stay. As we checked in around late noon the room was nice but as time pass by we were able to smell smoke at night. We had buffet breakfast there which was good but with limited menu. Another thing it was cold in the night and we were not able to control the room temperature even tried switching of the ac i think this is because of the gap seen in the room door, room service was very helpful even at late-night. Overall its a comfortable stay but i beleive its a par below 5.

Hotel is not worth of even 3 star. Had food poisoning after having dinner from the hotel restaurant. Also, they do not provide complimentary packaged mineral water. Upon requesting for the same they asked me to buy it from outside store. Rooms are also not maintained neatly. Lighting in the room is very poor as the only source of the lights were table lamps - 2 on the bed side and 1 on the table in the bedroom. Only appreciating factor was the support and help from the security guards.
