The staff were lovely. The internet / WiFi really let them down. It wasn’t secure site, it kept dropping out and apps wouldn’t load.

Exalent hotel for staying in Thiruvananthapuram because really good atmosphere and great security frond office staffs are well groomed and the rooms are so beautiful and the all room well maintained and also i am mentioning the hotel GM binoy sir he is very friendlier and really a good *** and i am so happy to stayed in the hotel south park

South Park is conveniently located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Secretariat and not far from the Sree Pad***abhaswamy Temple. We were allowed to check in more than 2 hours before the standard time, which was appreciative. Very good sized rooms, comfortable beds ***** with a clean bathroom. We were allotted a room on the 4th floor. Some of the furniture may appear old-styled though that is not a concern. The AC functioning was a bit of an issue which made the room very cold though the weather outside was quite the opposite. Considering the kind of place, the food especially the breakfast, though not bad, could have been better. May not be a bad idea to stay here and try other better food options in the city, which are not too far. The hotel staff was co-operative and prompt in attending to regular requirements. A good stay option to consider when travelling to Thiruvananthapuram.

This is one of the historic hotels of Trivandrum. Pros: - The location is great and near to all major city attractions and shopping places. - Tariff is quite affordable and has value for money. - The staff is very cooperative including security, front office, and reservations. A special thanks to Poornima for the support extended while booking and accommodating all our additional requests. - The rooms are quite big with all the necessary facilities like a writing desk, tea table, chairs, fridge, tea/coffee maker, drinking water and toiletries. Cons: - The breakfast has a very good spread but was over by 9:40 am on the day we went for breakfast. The staff mentioned that this situation was to unexpected sudden bookings.

A very calm place with excellent amenities.. the hosts and everyone in the staff are very welcoming and warm people … the food was extremely delicious and the rooms were spacious and clean .. had a great time here with my family .. looking forward for more visits to this place in near future … must visit ❤️

Excellent service and food. The restaurant staff was very courteous and friendly. Good was amazing. We tried delicacies from different cuisines and loved it all. If you are in trivandrum make sure to try out this place. Loved the experience overall!

During our stay at South Park hotel,in medical emergency we experienced a very helpful & immediate response from Mr ***n, Mr Sunish & on duty driver who took us to the hospital in late night hours.The staff was very cooperative & obedient. Thank you very much.

Service was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. House keeping did good job. Buffet was good but more varieties and items can be offered. Children's play area can be introduced. Salon people need to be more prompt. Food was good and restaurant's ambience was good. Staff was very welcoming and warm. But out three rooms, AC in two rooms were not working at all. There we observed lack of regular checks and preparedness before guests' arrival.

We had pre booked a candle light dinner for our anniversary and it turned out to be the best. The staff was really welcoming and hospitality is appreciable. Alan our attendant and Thomas really made it a special occasion by setting up the table beautifully with flowers and accessories. It was such a wonderful experience.
