Hotel is clean, spacious, and quiet. Full breakfast available as well. I would of given five stars if complimentary water was in my room. The night before I stayed at a Homewood Suites in Poughkeepsie, NY and there was two waters in my room - not sure why some Hilton brand hotels do not offer the complimentary water to members.

This is by far one of the best suite style hotels we have stayed in. What makes the experience fantastic is the staff. They are so friendly and knowledgeable and always provide great service. It’s not just the front desk, it’s the housekeepers, the maintenance staff, the breakfast staff. This was as close to a Disney-style customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel. The rooms are comfortable. We were in a 2 bedroom suite after a house fire so we “lived” here for a month. Each bedroom had a lot of room and a private bath. The beds were comfortable. It is close to the highway and several restaurants and a target. It’s pet friendly too. The only drawbacks were no oven in the kitchenette and the hot water for shower took a while to warm up. The smoking areas are next to the doors which is no good if you don’t smoke because you can’t avoid that walking into the hotel. I’d highly recommend this place for families traveling looking for a bit more space than the standard suite hotel.

My stay was very relaxing, expect for a few kids acting up in the pool. I sleep very well which is not normal for that was great. The food was good and had a lot of variety. I would defiantly stay again

We stay for 1 night, traveling with 2 girls, 5yo and 3yo, and we couldn't have breakfast, because it was over before 9am. The hotel was sold out and they didn't have breakfast for everyone. We need to leave early to feed our girls. It's unbelievable.

The service desk associates Kaleb and Bill (or Bob sorry not sure) were very nice and extremely helpful. Also there was a young possibly Hispanic female associate that was at the dinner on Wednesday 2/14 and at the desk and at breakfastThursday morning 2/15 who was very pleasant as well. I apologize that I didn't get her name. I still wanted to mention her due to her great service and how kind she was to my children. There was also a housekeeping woman that came to our room and brought extra linens to us. She was also quite nice. We really enjoyed the dinner Wednesday evening and the breakfast each day. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The amenities were nice as well. I am an avid reviewer on Google with more than 25k views. I will be including this in my posts. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable. I will be staying here again.
