Hotel Spedition was easy to find, just around 15mins from Thun mian Station, or even faster around 5 mins walk via bus number 1 from directly outside the main station. The hotel is in a standalone building beside Coop grocery store a garden center and a cinema complex. The entrance of the hotel is via the reataurant. With regards to the room, it was new and very very clean. It also had fantastic air conditioning which was such a welcome treat as it was boiling outside. Showers and bed were fantastic. I actually stayed in 2 other 5 star hotels before I arrived in hotel Spedition and I can confidently say that the beds at hotel spedition was by far the best. I had the best night's sleep at this hotel. Breakfast was OK but perhaps just a minor feedback that it would have completed the great stay experience if the hotel kitchen offered a service where we could choose our eggs and how it was cooked. They only had hard boiled eggs. I would definitely recommend Hotel Spedition. It is one of the better Boutique hotels in Thun for sure.

Schöne Atmosphäre, tolles Design im Zimmer, freundliche Mitarbeiter, ruhige Gegend! viel Positives, aber leider auch ein paar unschöne Erfahrungen. Auf dem Kopfkissen befanden sich sehr viele fremde lange Haare (siehe Foto), meiner Meinung nach wurde die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt. Leider hab ich es erst spät nachts bemerkt, als ich zu Bett ging, sodass ich niemanden im Hotel darum bitten konnte, den Mangel zu beheben. Zudem war ich sehr enttäuscht, dass ich das Zimmer nicht abdunkeln konnte, sodass ich früh morgens vom hellen Licht aus dem Badezimmer wach wurde. Ein Vorhang am Badezimmerfenster oder eine richtigen (nicht durchsichtigen) Tür zwischen Schlaf- und Badbereich würde das Problem lösen.

Moody, dark academia esthetic hotel with plenty of character and interesting details throughout the building. The room was fairly comfortable, and although quite small, it was sufficient for a brief stay. The bathroom is spacious, but the sliding bathroom door does not fully close, which was somewhat uncomfortable. Hotel advertised air conditioning in the rooms, but the thermostat is locked out at a somewhat warm temperature level and it felt like only the fan was running, which did not sufficiently cool the room. We ended up having to open the windows, which wasn't a big deal, except for the fact that the rail road is right behind the hotel and you can periodically hear the trains. We enjoyed a fairly short walk to the gorgeous Old Town area, with plentiful restaurant choices, stunning historic buildings and the castle. The walk to the train station was manageable as well and there are busses along the route, should you need a ride.

We had an issue with one of our passports so we had to cancel our room. Hotel Spedition did not honor the stated cancellation policy on the booking. We contacted the hotel directly and had booking company contact them about cancelling before our expected arrival. Hotel Spedition did not honor the cancellation and charged us full cost of the room as if we were a no show. Be careful booking this hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel very nicely decorated. Comfortable, cosy and clean room. Friendly staff and great location not far from the train station and close to the city center. The breakfast was good too. I am definitely recommending this place for a stay in Thun.

Incantevole. Camera 15 spettacolare. Il mio soggiorno e’ stato perfetto. Colazione a buffet con dolce e salato, frutta e succhi freschi. Alla sera abbiamo cenato nella cantina, ambiente intimo e raffinato. Terrazza per after dinner molto confortevole.

Great discovery! Magnificent Boutique-Hotel in the heart of the town of Thun. Very neat and modern decoration which takes up the historical theme of the building down to the smallest detail. Large room, very well equipped and clean. The bedding was perfect, we slept very well. Quiet but nonetheless effective air conditioning: it was over 30 degrees outside and the room stayed cool all night. Buffet Hearty breakfast with local products. The restaurant looks very good, but we haven't tried it. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I can only recommend this place. We will return!

Schönes Hotel mitten in Thun. Großzügig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit ganz außergewöhnlichem Interieur, einem Lagerhaus nachempfunden. Alles sehr stylisch. Kaffee gibt es kostenlos. Das angeschlossene Restaurant war sehr gut; aber an die Schweizer Preise kann man sich einfach nicht gewöhnen.

The Hotel Spedition has a perfect location, directly opposite the Aare. Next door is a cinema, restaurants and shopping facilities. Public transport is easy to reach and there is also a parking garage for those arriving by car. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. You feel comfortable in this very special hotel and enjoy your time out. You can sleep well because it is very quiet. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and leaves nothing to be desired. We were completely satisfied and would like to come back.
