"The hotel didn't warn me upon check-in, and the central hot water system had a broken part that couldn't be repaired over the weekend. I showered with cold water all night, and there was no one at the front desk or by phone until I saw them at breakfast the next morning to find out why. When I checked out and raised the issue, the front desk told me to write an email to complain, which was incredibly frustrating."
"The century-old shop is located in the city center. The first floor of the residence is a coffee restaurant. It is not far from the train station. It is the back entrance of the Thun Castle across the road. The entrance of the small door goes along the stairs to the castle. Western-style breakfast is abundant. The room is big with three beds, clean and hygienic, comfortable mattresses, high-end bathroom decoration, but there is no elevator to check luggage to the third floor!"
"Someone on Xiaohongshu recommended this hotel, saying they searched for a long time and this was definitely the best value for money. Yes, I agree! The hotel is very modern, quite different from many other hotels in Switzerland. The breakfast was good, and the dining environment was nice; you can even buy breakfast included. The surrounding environment is also beautiful, surrounded by a river. The lobby even had free water and apples, which was especially appreciated since restaurants don't offer free water. Anyway, I highly recommend it; Chinese people don't lie to other Chinese people."
"Actually, Facilities: Climbing hills every day. Hygiene: Towels are not changed during consecutive stays. Environment: Not bad. There are only 10+ rooms on three floors. It is a small hotel. But the service is terrible!!!! too poor!!!!!!
Service: The emphasis is on service. The old woman in the restaurant is obviously very targeted at Chinese customers. Come on, I am a consumer. She greets all other customers with a smile, keeps saying polite words, and nods and bows. When we arrived, , I happily told her thank you, but she ignored me and just ignored me. And this hotel is not cheap. I spent 3,300 yuan to book a room with breakfast. The breakfast was buffet, but she actually told me Said ”You have eaten enough, you can't add more”? ? ? ? This is unheard of. I argued with her, but she was reluctant to add something to me with a cold face, and deliberately delayed it for a long time, wasting our time when we went out to play. By the way, such a hard baguette, I didn't eat toast while giving it. I couldn't bite after being scolded by her. I really wanted to say bad words and curse people. I have never been so angry by a hotel staff, who discriminated and treated me differently.
Facilities: Oh, by the way, don’t follow the Google map and walk the nearly 200 stone steps. It’s very tiring. Walk 80 meters further and there is an elevator leading to the parking lot that can be reached directly. The front desk is very small, even smaller than the one in the Express Hotel. Small. Don't go wrong. The air conditioner in the room cannot be turned off. It blows cold air all the time. It rained that day and the temperature dropped to 10 degrees, but the air conditioner still had to blow cold. Fortunately, there were enough quilts, so I felt better after sleeping. "
"Located in the small town of Thun, not too far from anywhere, with a strong small town life atmosphere. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the station. The service attitude is good, but there is no refill of water on the second day"
"First of all, the room is slanted, and the bathroom has a serious drainage problem.
As for breakfast, you know, it is mainly Western, very ordinary, and the variety is repetitive.
The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the front desk will disappear for 5 minutes. I have experienced it twice. I can only call someone. They told me to wait, but I waited for more than 5 minutes."
"In addition to the bed is a small bed, the bathroom is hidden very well, the overall is more mini But the location of the hotel is excellent, on the side of the road but not very noisy, and the lake is in front of the road, watching the lake and mountains"
