Nice hotel location nearby the lake. Not so far from train station. The room quite big, have small balcony. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Nice view of lake and mountains. Recommended for staying for everyone.

Towels were a little dirty. There were some dirty marks on it, probably didn't clean properly. Room was fine though slightly small. Lake view was nice

I have never given any bad reviews on Ctrip, this is the first time. Generally speaking, I won't give bad reviews if I can, because I am too lazy to write reviews. But this time I was really annoyed. First of all, the room facilities were old and there was no air conditioning. In fact, I didn't think there was anything wrong with these. The price of Wengen where I stayed the night before was about the same, more than 2,000 RMB. Although it was also old and had no air conditioning, the environment was good and there were no bugs in the room. What made me most uncomfortable and annoyed was that there were bugs in the room. I could tolerate everything else. I didn't care much about no air conditioning, oldness, and dust. I just treated it as a trip. I paid the money and made do with one night, but I really couldn't stand a lot of bugs. I called the front desk as soon as I entered the door. The attitude of the front desk was okay, but I don't know why, they have no right to change my room on night shift. His phone has to wait until the morning, when the operating staff there can change it, but I went to other places early in the morning. So, I still spent a night with insects hh Oh, before taking these photos, I had killed a very big moth and a very big fly. I didn’t bother with other small insects By the way, there is one more thing. I paid on Ctrip. When I arrived, I was asked to swipe a visa card without saying anything. The deposit of 20CHF was paid. I didn’t think much about it at the time (although I had never paid a deposit before, I always paid it to CITY TAX). I thought it was a high-end hotel that required a deposit hh Well, at 7 o’clock in the morning when I checked out, I received a message deducting more than 200 CHF, which is the room fee for one night. I don’t know why the visa card is so scary. The deposit swiped the night before was not allowed to be deducted so much money in the morning. Then I told the front desk when I checked out, and the refund was still very fast (minus the city tax) Well, why the service was not given the lowest, because the refund efficiency was quite fast, and when checking in, it was all smiling service and the attitude was also quite nice. It’s just that the room environment is too bad

The food in the hotel is very delicious, but there is no air conditioning, only an old fan that squeaks. It is actually cool at night, but as soon as the window is opened, a lot of insects like flies come in. My child was stung by a bee in Switzerland, so he is afraid of it.

The hotel is right by the lake. You can see people swimming by the lake from the lobby. The room is very comfortable.

First of all, the room is slanted, and the bathroom has a serious drainage problem. As for breakfast, you know, it is mainly Western, very ordinary, and the variety is repetitive. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the front desk will disappear for 5 minutes. I have experienced it twice. I can only call someone. They told me to wait, but I waited for more than 5 minutes.

A very good hotel, with slippers provided and two bottles of water. The hotel is next to the lake and has a beautiful environment.

Clean and tidy.

Hotel changed a former grandlit room which is rather small to a double bed room and increased the price quite a lot. It is a tiny room and not worth the money. Also communication was really really bad during the booking process. It took several weeks to get a clear feedback while my friends were already able to book immediately. I was put on a waiting list and did not get a proper response despite several emails asking for clarification. We also stayed in this hotel last year, staff can be pretty unfriendly and friends were only allowed to access their room far after the check in time. In essence, bad client service, awful communication style... Clearly disavantaged as a solo traveller.

We had a wonderful stay at Seepark. The hotel is perfectly located by the lake and with a few minuts walking you reach town center. The view from the restaurant is just amazing. We had excellent diner there, thanks a lot to Anita for taking such good care of us. The breakfast offer a very large selection of products and is always refilled. All the hotel staff we spoke with was welcoming and helping. We need to highlight how clean is the hotel ! the spa is amazing, I highly recommend this hotel for a leisure weekend.

Amazing hotel. Wonderful location. There has definitely been an upgrade since the new manager took over. The dining ecperience on the roof top was second to none. The large room with comfy beds and nice little touches paired with branded amenities made us feel over pampered. Will be back soon!
