説實在酒店值這個價，本身就是一個古蹟重新裝修的，來參觀的人還不少，是圖恩制高點，看得見雪山和全城。有幾點攜程和點評好像都沒提到:1. 抵達酒店需要坐電梯或者徒步爬十層樓，2. 位於老城中心，拖行李箱走不太方便，都是石頭路，不平整。我是單身旅行，交通工具以火車為主，所以拖着行李箱抵達附近已經很累了，在一眼望不到盡頭的台階前直接傻了，問了當地人才知道從附近停車場坐電梯可直達（-7 層坐到 3 層）早餐是點餐制，餐單是德語，服務員是老太，並不熱情，最好你什麼不點就啃麪包的那種，我用手機翻譯軟件點了煎蛋，果汁和咖啡，奶酪和醃肉沒點。就餐環境很好，適合網紅拍照。房間設施一般，東西藏得很好，要仔細找，但住一晚還是可以將就，床偏軟。

Great location with 5 minutes walk to the railway station. The hotel provided the shuttle service so it’s very easy to get there. The most surprising thing is the hotel is actually in a famous castle. The vibe was so great! The room was big enough in Europe. There aren’t that many rooms and guests so it’s very quiet as well. The staff here also very friendly always have a smile on their faces. Last thing is try the spa if you need a relaxing time after day off, it’s very private and comfortable. That’s all, I would choose here again if one day I visit Thun again. Thank you!

Accueil chaleureux,apéro de bienvenue offert , super emplacement ( parking à côté) , nous avons testé le spa ( jacuzzi,haman,sauna ) très propre ,nous avions réservé pour le dîner le repas était vraiment super : bœuf de qualité,cuisson extra ( nous avions une table de 2 avec vue sur Thoune ,magnifique !) Merci au personnel pour leur gentillesse et d’avoir fait l’effort de parler français 😉 Je recommande cet hôtel ou tout était parfait

Très bon restaurant, sur les hauteurs de Thoune. Carte des mets correcte et compétentes. Service agréable et chaleureux. La carte des vins est bien. Ambiance sympathique. Repas du midi équilibré. Prix ok. Le cadre est magnifique. Je recommande fortement.

We hosted a day-long executive retreat for 11 women in the conference facilities, including a lunch on the terrace of the restaurant. Everything was absolutely perfect. The facilities and fare were beautiful, comfortable and useful without being stuffy or pretentious. The views were stunning and contributed to the inspiring workshops. The service was impeccable. All attendees rated the location as 5/5 on our surveys. All this for a very reasonable price when we booked 3 months in advance. Thank you for everything!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous étions en famille. Le cadre était très joli, les chambres propres et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner excellent.
Nous avons mangé le soir au restaurant de l'hôtel: un régal et un service impeccable!

Professionell geführtes Restaurant. Person ist kompetent, zuvorkommend, aufmerksam etc. Der Patron ist sehr freundlich und offen. Saisonales Angebot, das zu kreativem Essen verarbeitet wird. Wir gehen so rasch wie möglich wieder dort essen. Danke.
