位置絕佳，老闆很熱情。賓館就在商業區內，老闆會幫忙找停車位。去瓷房子和張學良故居就一個路口，不到五分鐘就能到，出門都是各色小吃，吃飯很方便。
設施：老闆家有電動小三輪出租，一家四口租了個小三輪，一晚逛完了意式風情區和五大道。

1，地腳相當相當相當的🎉🍾️，2，房間温暖如春，非常暖和，可以調解温度，3，房間乾淨整潔，4，原來打算住2個晚上，因為這個地理環境位置太好了，去任何景點都方便，所以又續住4晚，性價比非常高，房子有100多年歷史，還有最重要的是，老闆娘非常熱情好客，趕緊過來吧，沒有問題，照片忘記拍了，可惜啊

能選附近的酒店，儘量選附近的酒店吧，其實價格沒差多少。
這間客棧住起來感覺非常不舒服，住2樓最裡邊那間的話，由於是冬天挨着窗户，所以會有涼氣穿進來；但如果不住2樓最裡麪那間，而住在沒有窗户的房間又非常熱，在裡邊穿短褲，都覺得難受。

The location is great! Walking distance around 400m to subway station. It is very near to Binjiang Road too! Easy to get food here because many restaurants just beside this inn. Oh ya they use central heating so please choose only the room with windows!!!!!! 地点很棒，靠近瓷房子。但是，这里地暖太足了，没窗的房间会闷不透气。有窗的房间，应该会比较舒服透气。
