衞生不錯服務態度也很好，在市中心，臨近河邊方便出行，能很好的遊玩而且有問題也及時解決了給一個好評再接再厲

設施：設施不是很新了，包括空調之類的一些電器，衣櫃裏也不是很整潔，床也有點硬
衞生：衞生狀況一般吧，無功無過
環境：環境還可以，位置也不錯離各個景點都不算很遠，離吃早飯的那些居民區不算近
趕着清明節前去的，所以房價相對便宜很多，反正綜合價格來看性價比還可以

房間很大，乾淨整潔，視野非常好，河景很美，坐飄窗上欣賞美景太舒服了。如果飄窗再寬些就更完美了。
雖然公寓沒啥吃飯的，但下面周邊都是餐館，還有很多天津特色的店，值得去吃吃。
説説缺點，就是大床中間有些軟，腰不太好的人會睡不舒服，但還沒到塌陷的程度，普通人睡是沒問題的。這是很多酒店大床房的通病，尤其是年頭長的都有這個問題，其實不用席夢思最好。
總體非常滿意。

疫情前多次入住，位置非常好海河邊，出門就是勸業場河對面就是天津站，門口騎車10分鐘到五大道，除了設施有些老舊，別的都不錯。

房間寬敞，視野開闊，設施齊全，坐在房間臨窗看海河，景色優美，特別是晚上看海河灣的燈光，讓人痴迷。地理位置優越，下高鐵，步行即可到達，到各個景點距離都很近，非常方便。再來天津我還是一定住在這裏。最關鍵的是，性價比非常高。
