地理位置沒得説，前台考慮到客人的需求，還給升級了房型。但設施老舊，衞生一般，隔音也不好。最主要的是蚊子太多。5月都沒到，夜裡温度不高，夜裡被蚊子滋擾的睡不着覺，1個多小時的時間竟然在屋裡發現4隻蚊子，仔細觀察牆壁，發現上面有不少蚊子的痕跡，要是盛夏，有點難以想象

建築是老建築，非常出片，離世紀鐘天津站津灣廣場地鐵站解放橋都是幾分鐘路程，房型也好，氛圍感十足，服務態度也好，去得早還提前給辦理了入住

總體感覺還是不錯的，房間不大，離車站景點都不遠。洗髮水還可以。但洗漱區域安排在屋子裡，貌似不太方便，尤其洗手枱旁沒有掛毛巾的區域，不方便。

酒店是好酒店，設施各方面都很好，衹是靠近海河邊，每晚唱街的年輕人要唱到深夜，還不知一攤兩攤，嚴重影響休息。介意的遊客還是選擇不靠海的吧。

可以看到河和火車站 景色很不錯
交通也很方便 離火車站步行7 8分鐘
地鐵站就在隔壁 不論火車和機場都很方便
