衞生間水龍頭兩個頭出水，服務態度一般，下午兩點多到店説沒房間要等，WI-FI信號差得要死，圖片都加載不出來，找過前台兩次無果。以後再也不住錦江之星了 ，真垃圾。

前台客服態度極差 謊話連篇！剛到房間電卡沒電，打電話給前台前台説等會師傅會上去看看什麼情況 結果等了好久都沒人來 我又打了個電話表達我的情緒前台才跟師傅聯繫給我維修（維修師傅就在我隔壁房間維修什麼東西，前台跟他打電話我聽的一清二楚，他説沒人聯繫他給我這個房間看電的問題，然後師傅10秒鐘給我弄好了）我質問前台為什麼客人到了還沒有電 這前台謊話連篇説酒店下午三點斷電（我晚上七點半入住）現在需要每個房間都維修才有電 師傅衹有一位維修不過來，每個房間維修要半個小時，非常不理解難道每個房間客人來了都要黑燈瞎火待半個小時才有電嗎？前台回答“是”。無語至極，維修師傅過來維修衹是插了個卡就有電了 前後也就10秒鐘。服務太差了 差就算了 還騙人 。
晚上想洗個熱水澡，無論是淋浴還是洗臉池都沒有熱水，沒電沒熱水是想怎麼樣。
